The light you bring to our friendship
is indescribable. It’s like a melody
that makes me smile every time I hear.
You could’ve burned me from the start,
but instead showed a gentle glow.
It allowed me to gain a deeper
and larger view of the world.
We walk different paths,
see life in different ways,
but make each other better.
Remember you’re powerful enough to burn
through all the storms of life.
To one of my best friends
All around me people see the color of skin,
The gender: male or female,
Prejudging sin,
With neither background nor tale.

I see a person,
Who without taction,
Gets their judgement to worsen,
Only by their action.

Man or woman matters not,
But somehow us people are caught,
Trying to attach a label,
To one whose chaos of feeling hasn't been seen as stable

Why is race or color of skin,
Prevail the colors within,
For each mind is an ocean,
Withholding millions of colors of emotions.

I'm neither arrogant enough to believe
there is nothing out there that may be beyond my
ability to comprehend that works against
or even manipulate phsyical law
Nor
am I self-centered enough to think that
if one being did  create everything in the entire universe ever
he'd give a flying a **** what i do on Sundays,
what i eat on Fridays.

Either God can do nothing to stop
catastrophes, or he doesn't care to,
or he doesn't exist.
He is either impotent, evil, or imaginary.
Take your pick and choose wisely

Just when your world collapses

To the point of fall apart

There still resides a tiny spark

Deep within your hungry heart

The tiniest of slivers

A slight glimmer of hope

A righteous nod from the voice of God

Letting you know you're not alone
sleeping pills and cyanide
suicide and you wonder why
compliments and ***** deeds
ropes that stop  the breathing
butterfly's and blue sky's
bleeding wrists and crying eyes
burning body's
and happy smiles
are all equals in the eyes of the devil
children dyeing people crying
a thousand angry voices raising
stop your crying, life is part of dyeing
we are all equal in the eyes of an angel
if I raise hell will you lower heaven
dance with the devil sing with an angel
suicide and cyanide
bitter ends don't wonder why

God
You're like god
I believed in you
And when I needed you
You weren't there
So I stopped believing
Not only in god
But in you

No offense. I just don't believe in god.
