HOPE
Thought she got this in the luggage,
Stuffed through each pocket,
And secreted miles away
Yet she opened her eyes,
And found everything unpacked
You happen to be one of the best
Things that she has wanted out
Of life and now that she could not
Have you it hurt like never before yet

She could not believe that she held
Her dream once, she held it in her hand
Yet she let go of it, trying to chase the Wind;
She took everything she had for granted and

Now that it is all gone, bittersweet memories
And a broken heart is all that she has.
She didn’t know what she had until it was
Gone. These days she misses the way he opens,

Up to her with just a touch like those sunflowers
In Andy’s backyard, that are planted in rows
and opens up to the sun, at sunrise. What is
left for her is to try to get back her old dreams.
Taking things floor granted have you been down that road before, when thought you love not perfect
his uncle grew golden rod
lived by the chapel, died a
few years ago

i thought him a quiet gentle man
In the love note
To someone
The old man highlighted
Love flourishes
When fear dies

If all else fails
Time heals

If still
Unhealed

Love heals

For all that
You are
From all that
I am

Author's Note: In his sticky note
Your beauty shines through
When your roses are in blooms
Remember your worth.
There’s a difference between desire and value. See anyone can desire you for the moment, but if they value you, you'll notice the difference in their approach in how they treat you. Yes, its nice to be wanted, it feels great, but I'd rather much be valued. It's more powerful and heartfelt that way.
Santa stole my wife
enslaved my kids as elves
and oh dear, for the reindeer
he took my dog as well
But Christmas is still Christmas
ain’t no season to be sad
I’m taking some comfort, knowing
Mr Clause is also bad
So let’s not judge the other
for I’ve been naughty too
and if you too haven't been so nice
Well…a Merry Merry Christmas
to you
