we were never married
but in those few months,
we lived.
we lived more than a married couple ever could,
ever would,
ever will.

and then one day
he was gone.
and it was as if all of a sudden
the sunsets lost their delight
and the waves their majesty

an abundance of time was given to me
in my empty hands
and i did not know what to do with it

it did not hurt
i did not cry
i became voiceless
quiet as the night sky

widowed at 16,
i lived my life in silence
lost to the cause
of love left abandoned
overdosed on bukowski & ******

I was 7 when I learned the art of touch
but that doesn’t make me ******’s sister.

I was 14 when I thought I figured out *** and love
were one in the same.

So tell me why everywhere you touched me
I began to turn black like a the band of a fake ring on a child’s finger

I began to turn a colour I could not wash off
with soap and water.

The darker I became the more you began to
smell of rotting meat left out in the sun.

You were festering and the holes in your heart
burned through to your skin.

Sometimes in my sleep
I still smell you waiting in the darkness.

And sometimes in the shower
I still find deep marks I cannot ever seem to get rid of.

Everyone in this life might mistake the look in your eyes as love,
but I will never be so easily fooled again.

I get my feet into this, I get my hands to that.
I get my eyes on somethin' and I don't look back.
But you knew that. Cause I told you twice.
I painted you and your cistern  my favorite shade of white.

I like 'em gold on the top, and pink in the middle-
Try to get 'em squealing when I pluck my fiddle.
If I can raise up the flag, in all its glory of red, white, and blue.
Then I should be able to take up my hand to a woman or two.

I like backdoor trouble, I'm as mean as the devil,
I don't mess with ***** that like to cuddle, .
Even though Kristine's my girlfriend, it doesn't make her my bride
I said listen ***** , "If you keep callin' you're gonna ps off my wife ."

Cause I was raised in the pine, but I grew up in the forest
I've been a mile high member with another Kristina from Florida.
If she can choke on the ****, then maybe I'll be romantic,
As long as I can **** her ***** up like cervical cancer.

I met a teacher name Lisa but I had to teach her,
Beneath her their startin' to get to sleepin' was her girl friend Selena
I had em lay their like two logs, and tied them up like human hogs
Just a real home meal is what this doctor ordered.

Now if I need bleach, I just, use some more
And if I need virgins, I just, cut new holes
But if I want me some white, tight, tiny swine,
I get to the high school by a quarter to nine

heart of my heart
flesh of my flesh
the merry bell tolls,
cries tinkling chimes
of young laughter

I sink in the depths
of your pestle, mortar,
delicate dripping lips
the hours are now years
hazy and blurred

of swaying breeze, and
careful steps; flighty
translucent limbs splayed
out in the sunrise of
pale moon eyes

shadow, shadow
I breathe in this now
exhale the rest, leaving this
heart in your trembling
willowy hands

She's the girl with the Bambi Eyes
Hidden behind a pair
of heart-shaped sunglasses
The ones I bought her

I like to roll her name
off the tip of my tongue
from the pit
of the fire
of my *****

Great artists steal
She took my heart
and fueled it with temptation
and had me
fullfill her wish lists

with kisses of wishful thinking
if I thought I was going
to get more than pics

Seductive
snapshots
slipping
Something beautiful
in the back of my mind for once
'cause all I see dark
things sometimes

It'd be nice to shed some light
on the situation
like I'm worthy of enlightenment
we are all one narrative
choose your own anima archetype

******,
operative
word
plays
my heart like a harp
and makes life seem
more
harmonious

The more she stares me down
with
assisted
spontaneous
combustion
on her mind

i dream about
that girl
that girl
who can wear that
dress
and smoke
after school

she can let her
hair down
even on the hot days
and let it fall
and dance
on the small of her back

she breaths in
the lethal fumes
that don't even touch her
her porcelain skin
too taut to let the
poisons in

she sits and lets
the sun melt on her face
as she lays on the freshly
cut grass
the boys staring
and her not caring

i sit and stare
at that girl
who sits and stares
right back at me
through the smoke
of my infinite
dreams
Enchanted on my face
Public disgrace

Red boils down
Sheets a-torn
Feet adorn
Bare-less
Bar-less

***** & Distaste
Eyeliner and Cold sandwiches
Cod Liver Oil and Pokemon

Her eyebrows, they dance
Symmetrical and killer

Piercing my soul
Dark brown dinners.

The red mountain on the very tops of her skull
Framed by lion's mane
Beseeching eyes
Full lips
No kisses; birthmark of this
Teenage...Ageing

She's a fragrant fairy and I am a mountain top
Towering over the gangly red

No metal, yet no way to go ahead.

"Nothing to be done" yet "Beauty is truth, truth beauty"
Frankness is her subtlety

Raw age
Stark immaturity; pierced around a face of a lady of twenty.

I'd offer you wine, but a girl like you would prefer a coffee
Pick up this twenty, call me when you are thirty.
