My baby moves in jumps and flutters inside me,
like the barn swallows that make nests
of dirt and twigs outside the restaurant.
Yesterday they disappeared
and I learned that a maintenance man came and hosed them down.
Tragic, he said.
But necessary.
Too much bird ****.
When I got pregnant
it felt like waking up at the top of a roller coaster.
And then an engagement.
Somehow
this is how my life is going
and somehow it does not feel like cliche.
Ask as many what-ifs as you want
but there is just a single trajectory.
Even though you have to fall asleep one day
before waking in the next.
Moving through concentric circles and trying to find the center.
Biology is happening
in a part of me that I am still getting to know.
Kaleidoscoping.
She was once the size of a grape
but now I read she can blink her eyelids.
She is also not like the barn swallows.

Dreams flower in the silence of morning,
Fragile wishes
For tomorrow's tomorrows....

I feel his touch,
Tangible,
My heightened pulse
Aroused;
The wanton shivers,
Desirous and smitten;
The magma flows, deep in my soul;
Where his scorch of passion burns...

Embers sear, crimson,
Masquerading masked desires,
Dripping from his tongue's tip;
Sultry trickles graze upon my flesh,
A gentle sting, as fire-licks
His breath across my thighs,
A bite of ecstasy, murmur-whispering
Carnal need…

Imprints of insatiable,
Bind me willingly,
A fiery bandage
Piercing the scorch of hungry lips
Flaming my *******;
With breath dissolved inside a kiss...

He savours the honey stream,
Branding his name upon my
Swelling, luscious pink…
Deeply buried
Arching into his mouth
Unable to contain the flame
Tambourines of skin seep ecstasy,
Ripen succulence untamed...

Kaleidoscoping emotions
Rainbow the thunder of my heart;
Milk and honey fuse,
Pulsing,
As rivers of love flood my core...
One love,
One passion,
One desire,
Bodies merging..........
Satin sheets move freely, as fingers linger on the pen....insatiable desire, provoking thoughts of you.

out from under the glimpse of a moment
a kaleidoscope of perspectives
possible perceptions of  a singular point
in time & space infinite in shade
colored by infinitesimal variations in vantage point
yet each angle paints a masterpiece worlds apart
and every pair of eyes sets binoculars
to a different spec of the scene
minds collecting fragments of reality
lets pile our puzzle pieces till our hearts agree
I like the way the light reflects from your shattered heart,
Kaleidoscoping without repeating ablaze
At the edge of luminescence.

Rocking your head back and forth
Disbelieving faces stare
As you cry for mercy
Quietly going insane

Dropped through the hole
Feeling nothing at all
As you saw what the world could be
Reality and fantasy kaleidoscoping

When you awoke--
The brightness was gone
Vanished from your mind
And your ideas seemed inconceivable
--to the others

Oh, the others
The disbelievers
The skeptics
The ones that refused to open their mind

Possibility spreads like a tree from a single root
But they are unable to see it
Instead, they dismiss you
Send you to the sanitarium
Where your screams of madness can be heard
Even today

kaleidoscoping thoughts rotate
patterns change, colours migrate
hard as I try, I
cannot escape-
the penitentiary that is my own
headspace.

I could walk tens of miles,
run thousands of feet
fly forever with angel wings
and dive to the deepest
depths of the sea.

from time to time
when I can't even stand
to be around me,
I put my pink matter
on my bedside shelf
and leave,

for I have better things,
to do with myself
then worry about

I,
myself
& me.
Sometimes I can't stand who I am

i like it when my vision fills with color
kaleidoscoping into hybrid hues

or when skinny fine lines
grow into weathered wrinkles

i like it when borders border on nonexistent
and everything blends together
unseparated
unsegregated

i like it when lines grow bold
the strokes of a paintbrush gaining confidence
with every motion

i like it when lines are crossed
over and over
into a tangle of yarn
everything connecting
dissolving
into
a ball of wibbly wobbly timey wimey stuff

i like it when lines are blurred
and reality breaks down
letting my imagination roam wildly

i like it when things don't make sense
because i always know
that i can find that line
that leads me back home
just a poem about lines, guys.

the sky and i interlaced chests and ive never been more filled or so empty. kaleidoscoping through a maze of starcells and intergalactic veinways, i left my jacket on the seat and it seems im clothed in ******. ive never been more proud to show you my skin im shining and its singing for your touch. petal emotions for the earthlings; we dont engage in such tearable activities. we are connected through the stems into the dirt, the unbreakable, the strength. we ride the tides on moonshine we dont need the gravity. i gave you my roots and you melded ours together; the tree we create will burst forth in the atmosphere and our fruit will build planets for those who open their eyes. and look up.

Another night, my room and I
Why are the walls closing in?
Am I under the spell or influence
Of that miracle drug in my vein?
Need no needles, tubes or ember
I just injected ink on paper
Then flowed the magic medicine
Which bred a fiery urge within

Fantasies kept secretly deep
Mental euphoria slowly creep
Outside the boudaries of reality
Command my hands to artistry
I'm about to make a crime scene
Execution of rhymes with rhythm
Verses run wildly unstoppable
Words of a mad man undeniable.

The red webs nesting my iris
While I stare the empty white,
Kaleidoscoping imagery enigmatic
In my mind confused and chaotic
Cannot pause for a drink or ****
Masterpiece I shall finish this
Still in my blood, will always be
This lingering lust for poetry.
