Gods will rise and fall
And many suns may set,
but man will never get
loose from hatred's thrall.

so even if he shouts
his love and inner peace,
man will never cease
to have his hateful doubts...

arguments not needed
for this statement poem,
as hatred is yet flowing
so rhymes can be conceited.

Because man should hate,
as he has always done,
When fear and pride have won
this poetic prate.

Eyes open to a grey sky
Do you know what it means to be alive?
Have you seen the whole as one
The one as whole?
Have you tried?

I have
Not once
Twice or more
Everyday I quieten scorn
Bourne from my insides

Bile passes through
The alchemical magic
Loving logic sublime
Where essence resides

Project it as far as it carries
Spray forth an aesthetic
In hope of a loving matrimony
Between those who witness the rainbow

With these wise seeds sown
Turn to esteem and realise
What is seen resembles not thyself
As I see myself

We decide our memories, see
You and me are the product of galaxy
But if the universe chooses
We’ll be a whimsical fallacy
With many thanks
To a change of
Plan

It is the one with longest memory
Who chooses how things pan;
How existence is a buffer
For the one who owns the span

The one who does not retreat
Into the shadows of the moonlight
Packing their things
To the sound of the beckoning

Here lies life long lesson:
Sing with mothers' patience
Speak your truth
With father's cadence

To forgive is but to suffer
Yet to love
We become
One another

'I don't like you'
I keep repeating to myself

I don't like the way you smile
or the crinkles by your eyes

I don't like your Nike shoes
or the way you sing the blues

I don't like your jet black hair
or the way you just don't care

I don't like the way you walk
And how you never seem to talk

I don't like how my heart beat
Every time you're being sweet

I don't like how my eyes gaze
At your always glowing face

I don't like how my heart aches
Every time that you're away

I don't like the way I lie
Every time that you walk by

I don't like you, I say
Maybe if I keep on repeating these words
They might turn true one day
I don't like you, please believe me.

when you cut me
I bleed candy
let you walk all over me
repeating I love you I love you I love you
gooey bright pink on the pavement
bubblegum bruises
sugar sweet scars
I will do anything, anything, anything not to lose you
I will rot your teeth

1.It lights matches to illuminate your darkness, but leaves them by the trees--you mistake the danger of this flaming forest fire for passion
2. It grips your wrist tightly, pulling you into a beautiful world amongst the stars--it's not long before you begin to find comfort in the shadow
3. It paints poppies in your garden and sunsets in your skies, but passing time only lets the light disappear and the flowers die
4. It's the soft patter of raindrops as you're falling asleep, a lullaby, sweet and calming.. until the day that gentle drizzle becomes a tsunam
5. Love is the most beautiful form of self reduction, disguised as magic and ending in destruction
