We knew only your laughter which won you renown.
We never observed the tears of our clown.

You entered our homes as the loveable Mork;
with Your razor sharp wit and lightning fast thought.

Your movies mixed laughter with serious turns;
Good Will earned you an Oscar For which many yearn.

There were personal demons that proved hard to hide.
A divorce, an affair, Drugs and rehab besides.

But, through it all, We heard only the laughter.
Not the tears of our Clown that brought on this disaster.

To us you were Robin, Like Peter Pan, just a kid.
May this sleep bring you peace that your days never did.
R.I.P. Robin Williams, a great man

Thunder resonates throughout my entire being
If there's rain,
I can't feel it
But I can taste it
As it slithers past my parted lips,
Cool against the tip of my tongue

Absently, I watch it caress my skin
Slowly pouring down,
Like tears across my face
Briefly revealing my bruised soul

And I wish I could describe this ache
I hate the terror in my head
More than I could ever possibly say

I doubt anyone will ever have the patience to break through my walls

After all,
Damaged goods are still damaged
No matter how attractive they might be

I can't ****** my way into a happy ending

how quiet the life is..
how noisy it sounds in my head.
You and I
We aren't the same.

We've shared our laughter,
We've shared our pain.

But something has shifted,
We both have drifted.

You and I
We used to click.

We've become so distant,
We've become so sick.

Something's wrong,
Maybe it was all along.

Hey Princess my name is Han, I picture us together in a Galaxy Far Far Away
I  promise you adventure to say the least
I'm not saying the courtship will be all filled with peace
I will fly you in a spaceship which is very nice
I hope you are able to withstand some strife
I have to let you know  that I have a kind of pet he is quite unique
He is a Wookie  you may in fact rather kiss him than me
If my mannerisms get under your skin
I feel I should warn you about the competition that is interested in You
I heard about a fat ugly guy named Jabba The Hut, he might even want to imprison you
Well I heard you once were interested in your brother, I am willing to overlook that fact
I can tell you that dating me is not boring to say the least
We will fight against The Empire and you will get to meet many Jedi Knights
You and I together will have to dodge fire from Storm trooper  guns
Not to mention the dictator Darth Vader wants to **** both me and you
I will let you know if this don't appeal to you or sound like to much fun
You could date a certain doctor named DR. Who and see were he and his Tardis might take you.
This is dedicated to some friends of mine who are big science fiction fans, and my daughter who likes DR. Who
I also give credit to George Lucas who created the Star Wars films and Whoever created DR. Who

Old School
By joeysguy

I remember lessons from the old school
It was a code an unwritten rule

As a male I would get to my feet
To give the elderly or a woman the seat

When taking a girl out for a day
As the guy I would always pay

Music was understood and had meaning
A lot of songs today sounds like screaming

Entertainers wore costumes or dressed in clothes
Today so much body they expose

You didn’t always have to lock doors
No fences had to protect stores

As a young kid I played outside
Strangers didn’t bother us, we didn’t have to hide

We would hangout till late hours of night
When older we hung out even till daylight

Women could sit outside late and talk
It was safe to take a late night walk

Any time was safe to go stroll in the park
Try doing that now in the dark

People now wear pants down almost to the knees
It’s ugly, pick them up please

What happened to those good old days
Time passes and kids go through a craze

"Hi,
A week has gone and I miss you."

What?
"I miss you, yes I do."

Who?
"It's you. You've heard me."

How?
"Think I miss the warmth of your presence, yes I do."

Why?
"Can't seem to let a day pass without talking to you.
I love the way you do.
I love you."

When?
"Yesterday. Now. Tomorrow."

Where?
"Anywhere. I'll still be loving you."

"Think I know I do.
Think I know you don't."

"Think I know I love you.
Think I know you love me not."

Yet.
