Welcome to the world of creation,
and uniqueness
where everyone is different.

Welcome to a world
where everyone may be themselves
and no one is judged.

It’s an interesting world,
where everything is special,
and we all have one part in it.

The world is like one major story,
we’re all the main characters
and are adding onto it.

With this world we live in,
we can make our life
whatever we want it.

We can make it beautiful,
we can make it exciting,
we can make it ours.

We can fight our demons,
and fight off our major problems,
and come out victorious.

We live through heartbreaks,
we live through disappointments,
and we live through failures.

However,
this world is still ours,
to do what we want with it.

Let’s make it worth something,
let’s truly make the world ours.
Something we love.

nights like these
are when i wish
that instead of being curled up in a ball,

i wish i was wrapped in your arms

but sadly instead,
i'm laying in my room
in the middle of the night,
in the dark
crying

i made the mistake
of falling for you one night
when i was feeling lonely,
and now,
i can't seem to get you out of my head

just please,
**get out of my head.

It's raining outside
and while I'm laying in my bed,
texting you

that's when I've realized

I really want you
to just leap out of the phone
and come cuddle with me

because I'm lonely,
and you are oh, so lovely.

I've always had trouble sleeping,
regardless of how busy my day was.

I would simply lay in bed,
staring at my ceiling
with countless thoughts running in my head.

Strange thing is,
the thoughts used to be so bad,
I would fear having them.

Now,
they're always about you.
When I close my eyes,

I see you.

I see your face,
I see your dazzling green eyes,
staring back at me.

I think it's safe to say,
I don't mind having these thoughts.
I don't mind one bit.

Darling,
did you ever realize
just how harsh society is?

I'm guessing you have,
because I've noticed that lately
you haven't been the same.

For some reason,
society chose to misguide you,
and you've become damaged.

And it's quite a shame,
for I wish you could see yourself
the way I see you.

But being damaged,
does not mean broken.
Always remember that.
written for those who have lost themselves trying to please society.

fog
I think of fog as a metaphor
a metaphor for my future.
With fog, it's difficult to see anything ahead of you,
and you can feel terribly lost.

I don't know anything about my future.
In fact, I'm terrified of my future.
I don't know where I'm heading;
for I'm already lost.
