Sarah
It’s what you would call fate
That I’ve stumbled across such a handsome face
I was just on my way to dance on the moon
Which I will not do alone
If you’re intrigued to join me in this metaphoric waltz, please do
Jump from star to star
Be sure not to stumble in the path of a meteoroid
They will rip holes in your heart leaving you unable to love
As we approach the moon
You and me hand in hand
We start to dance
So that everyone will see this great perhaps
Of me plus you
Dancing softly to “seaside by the kooks”
Gracefully on the moon
im not exactly sure why I wrote this
Thre strikes
down the middle of my thigh
running red as I wonder why
and how this has happened to me
Why the skies
mirror my eyes:
dark, and clouded,
playing shy.
Three strikes
I'm out
(that's the rule of the game)
But I no longer really want to play,
anyway.

Sombro
The gloom of night gives naught but green
In trees that gather closely in
Their leaves and fruit fall in their lean
At their feet my cheap gifts of tin.

I motion for them to take back
Human plunder
They wash back their green seas and
Make clear that some roots don't grow back.
Poem structure from Dylan Thomas' Clown in the Moon.
