Eleanor Rigby
You pushed me off of a boat
And watched me.
You watched me drown.

.

An echo floats on clouded skies
of charcoal misted silver streams
Above an arbor full abloom
in Jasmine breaths and rose hip dreams

Below the green of nature’s born
a bed of petaled slippers lie
On stones to paint a garden path
in whispered fragrance for the eye

Butterflies now dance the breeze
fluttered steps through marigold
Lilac filtered harmonies
bound of every story told

With lavender and lily smiles
along a fence of woven vine
Come walk with me where flowers play
*within this garden to be mine

Far from my side
You currently reside
So far from abode
The path you chose

I await your call
You are my all
Missing you madly
Feeling alone so badly

Will I get through today
I am yours delay
Missing you

Hello.
One word.
Two syllables.

A knife through the air of silence.
An enemy of loneliness.
The word itself could bring hope to the hopless.
A smile to the smileless.
A friend to the friendless.

Hello.
A simple word could lead to million things,
it can bring you joy,
love,
heartbreak,
but it could also make you fall
                                                   *a

                                                       p
                                                          *
a
                                                            r

                                                               t

Rip you to shreds.
Tear your heart out.
Leave tears streaming down your face.
For hello is a undecided thing;
Nor friend or enemy.

It's just hello.

A word,
the beginning of a story.

A single drop is enough
