She cared so much
I loved that
A heart so skilled it could expand and contract

Illuminating with warmth and devouring my peace
She cared too much
I began to see

The future, career, car, and fortune
Size of diamond, house, making my dreams forgotten

She cared so much
I loved that at first
But too much of anything is bad
The more she cared the more it hurt
She cared too much about the wrong things
Every moment, every ion of time spent,
            Apart.
Is torture to the soul torn in two
           Away;
From it's vital element.

Every lone, Precious ray of light that
          Falls,
Is beauty encased, eternal, fragile and
          Fleeting.

Those eyes, the door to my heart and mind my
         Bane.
Of a beauty so Sincere and Perfect, yet
         Flawed.

A desire and passion so Violent and masochistic it
        Consumes.
A love, all encompassed, Obsessive, Jealous
        But.
Understood.

Why, why did you choose that
Path, were you sick of being haunted by the
Demons of your past? Or did you
Just decide one day that it wouldn't
Make a difference
If you were gone?
Maybe you were right.
Maybe the world does keep on spinning.
Maybe you didn't rock the world
But what you did. What YOU did--
Did you know every time you
Smiled a little piece me fell
Into chaos?
Did you know every time you spoke you
Distracted me from the words that never would
Leave?
Did you know when you jumped that
I would fall along with you?
Maybe you did.

But don't worry baby,
I'm coming for you.
RIP darling.
I use my eyes to see
As anyone else would
I see the colors all around me and the faces of those I love
I love my eyes for they let me see things some can't
Like the expression on your face when you make a mistake
Or the rare smile that you hide
But now my eyes are tired
Dark circles surround them
And my vision is slowly getting duller
The world seems to be turning into a monochrome mess
I couldn't even tell when the red under your eyes
Had turned to the same black as mine
