Her heart was no longer held in her chest,
Rather she sported it on her sleeve.
Everyone noticed that her sleeves were stained ****** red.
Everyone but her.
She wakes up the next morning, and before leaving the house,
She attatches her heart to her sleeve like a piece of fine jewelry.

Oceans, forests, nature, & mountains are all gifts Mother Earth gave us to share freely.
She provided us with clean air, nourishing food, & a lovely, welcoming home.
However, humanity screams "that's not enough."

Our mouths water with greedy lust.
Our eyes gleam when we see an opportunity to get ahead.
Mankind often forgets that prosperity does not need to come at the expense of our planet.
Selfishness overtakes our souls as we plot the death of Mother Earth.

Trapped between my mind and mouth are the words I wish I had spoken to you. The unspoken holds the secret of my entire concealed world, a sphere I fantasize sharing with you. Reflecting on the words bottled up inside of me, most are hollow. The exception are the three that hold the truth; I love you. I've always wondered where all my unspoken words go. Do they just disintegrate or melt into pure nothingness in the back of my throat? Perhaps they're trapped behind my incomprehensible feelings, or behind my fear and uncertainty. I find myself fighting back tears of frustration as I realize that I've been living my life drowning in an ocean of unspoken words.

The universe is an infinite structure.
Our lives however, are not.
Life must end because with no end, there is no beginning.
Humanity is programmed to fear death.
Haven't you realized that we are born to die?
Please, don't perceive this notion as negative or dissuading.
Death allows us to return to our innocence,
Only to be limitlessly reborn in a higher form.
When we die, we are not gone,
Rather we are no longer a single whole.
Every molecule that was in us will be present in multiple forms of life.
It isn't the end of a journey,
Rather the start of a beautiful endeavor.

To me, people are a lot like the rain.
Some are soft and gentle,
Touching your heart and nourishing your soul.
Others are strong and toxic,
Destroying your inner peace and causing your bones to ache.

Self worth is not measured in pounds or passing glances from strangers.
You are the seraphic incarnation of the universe.
You are deserving of love, including your own.
Your capacity to grow and flourish is intangible.

The problem is that we view one another using our eyes only.
Dare we look beyond the surface, beyond the palpable
We will understand that our worth is woven from the beauty inside.
My insight on self worth
