I am not too proud to admit that I am really broken.
I am not too proud to admit that I have a lot of baggage.
I am not too proud to admit that I have been rejected.
I am not too proud to admit that I need a Savior to save me.
I am not too proud because I seen the evil that hurts others.
Because of my trust issues that I have now, sometimes...
The fear within me causes me to push other people away.
So yes , I am not afraid to admit the brokenness within me.
I am not too proud or afraid to admit that I am damage goods.
But because of this I am grateful because I do see that I need a Savior.
That Savior is my Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ my God.
Each poet/ writer has a story to tell through their poetry.
Sometimes we may change our attitude through experience.
I am open to change and repent when Christ shows me.
For sometimes what we think or perceive is not the truth.
But we hear things and do things because of misperception.
So when we realize the truth we need to lay it at the cross.
We need to repent and allow God to speak to us on things.
Because he always see things and, he never get them wrong.
So only he can reveal things and we do things out of love.
Not condemn them but to see maybe it was just a suggestion.

We
We are built of sharp furniture edges,
and grains of glass among scalding sand.
Every pop of my joints
is like the glass you threw
that shattered against the wall.
We might be hard edges and cold hearts,
but everything hurts.

Years ago,
More like lifetimes,
I was better
Than most anyone
In any sport.
A champion.
I was very good,
Better than most anybody
In my education, with family,
Had two closest pals.
I had cars, motorcycles,
Clothes, girls.
I always had the better part
Of a North American middle class life.
Today, I'm elated
To be one of most anybody.
No egotism intended. It's all tempus fugit.

"until death do us apart!"*
declared innocence.
"until time do you apart"*,
whispered wisdom.
my wisdom and innocence are in perennial battle.

I have sacred relics
Buried in my altar
To sanctify my life.
I don't kneel in supplication;
Still they know
My devotion,
My adoration,
My fealty.
I am blessed.
Time to take a break
Pause the rhyme
Shift the eyes to mountain's height
The mind to inner ravine

Take the eyes off the page
Put a stop to flowing ink
Give the mind the peace of sage
The eyes the soothe of green

Time friends to take a break
Pause play of words
Try to rewind and remake
Fragments of heart

But promise you
If all is well
I'll be back

Refreshed by new
Mountain's tale
Jungle's track
I'll be back by mid April. Stay well friends.

It's hard to write happy things
When I'm feeling sad
It's hard to talk and "walk the walk"
When I'm feeling mad

Most of the songs I write
Are when I'm angry or depressed
And you don't have to read them
If it makes you feel upset

I'd hate to make my readers feel
The worthlessness and pain that I often do
It's hard to know if my works are "bad"
So just read a line or two

And give it a like if you really do,
Don't like it out of pity
Because it will tempt me to continue
With little or no mercy

So please do not hurt yourself
By reading something violent
And make it even worse
By keeping complete silence

There is no need to do that
So read at your peril
Because whether I am angry or sad
'Tis the work of a devil
Yeah, please guys... if its problematic then don't read!

When we and the world, take pleasure in peace
When we, wars and persecutions cease

When we, overcome hatred, torture and pain
When we, vow to never, use them again

When we, can look at each other, face to face
When we, can see no disability, no colour, no race

When we, love our neighbors, like our own daughter
When we, let our hearts become pure, like a babes in her mother

When we, rejoice in the good fortune of others
When we, acknowledge that we’re sisters and brothers

When we understand, as humans, what we should be
When we, disencumber our souls, set them free

When we, strive to each other uphold
When we, are ready to HIS light behold

When we, let our GODS shine equally bright
When we, trust and believe, in each other’s light

When we, see our lights, merge into one
Then, HE will proclaim, “MY work is done”
