we are skin
we are bone
until we step
out from the comfort of our shell
until we make holes in the fabric
of our infinite depth
until we accept hurt and love
and our own mistakes
we are empty bodies
until we embrace our soul
Happy New Year guys :)

You’ll find this little poem
I wrote for you.

I forgive you.
I have already forgiven you.

Let’s set each other free
From the pain of the past.

I will live happily as I am today.
So remove all the guilt in your heart.

I hope we find happiness in the roads we take.
Cause we deserve joy in the pain we encountered.

sometimes it was only a suggestion,
disappointed glances when I say I don't know if I can

sometimes it was a knife up against my thigh, my only hope holding still and doing as you say

sometimes it was pretending to pass out so you would stop choking me

but sometimes it was only a feeling
a feeling I could ignore

for a second this is real
passionate, it feels good

and it doesn't hurt me

only for a second

but
those kind gentle eyes turn black and mean

and sweet and kind smiles turn into snarling dog bites

I don't know if I like it or not

but this feeling when I turn it down

guilt, shame, I couldn't say

all I know is
you don't have to worry

my body is just flesh
and my blood is just red

and 'no' is just a word
just ptsd things: having nightmares about people you love and trust in the position of your abuser.

Maybe, people only loved the easy parts of me;
the shallows;
the circumstance where they don't struggle.

But it's okay,

I always forbid entry every time someone tries to come near the deep borders of my soul, anyway.

She said,
“Of course you exist here,
you’d be a fool to think otherwise.”

and I had a will to believe
                otherwise

Let me narrate you A STORY
it began with a girl
watching an apple closely.
Watching how the caterpillar
crawled it way,
eating all day.
She cut the apple in front of his face,
and watched him run away
(W H Y D I D'NT  H E S T A Y?)
but there is a twist in the story-
the apple was her heart,
while the caterpillar was him- gone.
The story ended with a ****** knife,
lying next to her long LOST smile.
Was I not good enough?//

Some days i feel everything
all at once
then others
I'm petrified to bare the pain that then I feel nothing at all.
So what's worse
drowning beneath the waves
or dying from the thirst

You meet new people
and they fill you
With the feeling of belonging

I have often pondered the reason for existence
We're here one day and gone the next, Just a whisker
from disappearing,
Is it really such a short distance?

To be birthed and brought to death,
To be made and broken,
Created and destroyed,
In a matter of moments

I have often pondered the reason for existence,
We're here one day and gone the next,
Just a whisker
from disappearing,
Is it really such a short distance?

But a moment can be all it takes,
A heartbeat of a second,
A kiss, innocent and chaste,
A strike, cruel and vicious
A tear shed by a lonely eye

A moment can be all it takes,
A heartbeat of a second,
Faster than you can blink
Quicker than a hummingbirds wings
A moment to make your mark

I have often pondered the reason for existence,
We're here one day and gone the next,
Just a whisker from disappearing,
Is it really such a short distance?

Bridged by the moments that define us.
The reasons for existence?

Time turns into dust
As we feel the wind's sudden gust
But memories remain
Enduring, even after the rain.
