They said  'Above us,
rising soon,

will be a shining
supermoon,

with the sharpest
shine for years'.

We raised our blinds.
The sky closed hers..
Ain't nuffink quite like English cloud for spoiling occasions...

Lonely, like the ancient ocean
flooding fast upon the sand

past a fading line of footprints,
ankle deep in surf she stands

casting wishes on the water
like a sprinkling of snow,

light they land but moments after,
melt into the waves, and go..

Emily Dickinson
1541

No matter where the Saints abide,
They make their Circuit fair
Behold how great a Firmament
Accompanies a Star.
When first I saw your ink on paper
It plucked me to do tender similar
I loved the way your thoughts did flow
It made my own words seed to sow

Brave and bold my thoughts you see
To try to be like greats the key
But when my ink well ran its course
Emily, my devoted force

Can I love you now in shadow?
My thoughts are past in sorrow
Just take it as the wind will blow
Handsome words that sometimes flow

Your memory will live on in me
And others too, as it should be
Thank you for the lovely words
Quivering flight like hummingbirds
Dedicated to Emily Dickinson
Without the experienced sadness
of our soul, we would seldom
appreciate the fullness of joy;
when overcoming Life’s bedlam

and its numerous complexities,
our ability to possess vision
and real, practical solutions
come as our personal decisions

to willingly trust in The Lord,
are divinely realized. One day,
a clearer view or perspective
will be spiritually conveyed

to us, under the abundant grace
of God, as we seek… His face.
Inspired by:
1 Chr 16:11; Psa 105:4  and

Perhaps our eyes need to be washed by
our tears once in a while so that  we can
see life with a clearer view again.

destiney dawn
Hopeless nights of our lungs giving out. Last July, you promised this would all stop.

But here I am. Grasping the bed sheets wondering where you are? Do you want to be with me?

When you're alone you call me and kiss my face. I give in again.

But tonight is different the despair had won this race of lies. I'm tired of competing when I'm never gonna qualify.

It's winter again.
That time of year
when I fall victim
to my hopeless
melancholy.
What eases the pain?
Pouring my soul
onto paper at 3am,
while you softly
sleep next to me,
completely oblivious
to the catastrophe
laying beside you
and of course,
alcohol.

Here you are again
puffy eyes, dried tears
What was it this time?
You think maybe it's just the usual
maybe you're overreacting
but that doesn't explain
the heaviness in your heart
the exhaustion in your breathe
the feeling of loss
over and over
There's no excuse
for feeling so small
in a place where
there should be magic

Everything seems so dark
but you have to know
that you are not the rain
nor the thunder
you are the sun
and the sun still rises
You can't always shine
you have to let darkness
take over for a little while
so your light can shine brighter
than you knew it could

What you don't realize is that
you've already lost him
Now it's time to find yourself
"He's very dreamy, but he is not the sun. You are."

I'm not lucky
To have people fall for me
And not reciprocate the notion
I don't like hurting others
It's not lucky to be pretty
Because when people whom you call friends
Start liking you
Because of looks or personality
What are you going to do
if you don't feel it too?
I'm not lucky to have people like me
Just because you like them
Does not make me lucky
I don't like them
And I could hurt them
But I don't want to lose a friendship
Because I'm "pretty" and "nice"
It doesn't make me lucky
If people like me
It doesn't make me lucky
If I'm pretty
It doesn't make me lucky
To have something that you don't

A life we live that chose us
People that breaks in with none to give
A heart that beats and stops thus
Control is a myth to make life barable to live

Try to say what you think
And make it ryme with what you feel
From the depth of what seems thik
To all the hearts that only sees what's seen

A tag of war and reciprocal sways
My heart and head floating questions stains
Innocent, will it be the clouds that rains
Or hell ,will it be the future days

A soul is the only item to bribe time
Death is the solonel freind of fate
Life is a fortune worth only a dime
And the only beaable with a final date
