Serene In Its Innocence
Aditya Roy Feb 2019
Girls are beautiful
Men are boys
Flowers are meant for innocence
Love is like a rising sun
Meant me and you
Imagine if the setting sun
Was much more romantic
When we were washed by the pain
Of a thousand setting suns and awashed seas
You learn more from ten days from agony than ten years of content.

Single Areas Of Living
Aditya Roy Feb 2019
Music of the soul
Grey areas of the heart
All live in coexistence
I look up at the rain
The shadows exist in the sun
Of our great days
In our better days
We were people
Loved and cherished
By girls that aged beautifully
You should see me, dressed to ****.

Tokyo Dreaming
Aditya Roy Feb 2019
Art has ways to explore
You may be in dire need
But when it comes to art
You explore
In foreign cities
Sitting under yellow city lamps
Losing your way in the metro
But when it comes to art
You explore
Tokyo is such a place
I wish to visit
When I'm out of money
I explore
When it comes to sketching
Your grace
Your face
Your exotic charms
Make me clap my hands
And change my pallette
My love for the city has never changed
When the people degrade for their ruin
Get better by the years
The years change
Tokyo I need to dream about you
And explore
Hello people
How's the sunshine
In this cold weather
Love has traces of a past I can't recollect
But when it comes to loving women and friends
It's the same
Just like Tokyo dreaming
When one is painting one does not think
Aditya Roy Feb 2019
This' heart's a jukebox
Darling buds of may
If you love him
Clap your hands
If you know you hate him too
You love him
Clap your hands
If you can't get enough
There'll nothing left share
If you don't love him
Then dump him
If you can, Polly...

Polly (The Poem)

Love can be annoying
But, annoying can be lovely
Women
You are beautiful
Look at a mirror
Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards. That's a true reflection.
A clock tells you the time.
A poem tells you the rhyme.
A ladder of poetry tells you to climb
Aditya Roy Feb 2019
I love the colorful clothes you wear
The way that it suits the skin so fair
Your perfume that lightens the air
The expression so daring
I think I'm fainting

You are like a song in the rain
Dancing on the streets and lanes
Your pitter-patter sounds pleasant
I must be dreaming of different seasons

But, I'm getting good excitations
I can't any more patient
I need your loving attention
This tension is killing me slowly
With each reaction

I know there's an answer
Aditya Roy Feb 2019
Words flow out my pen
Meant for better sentences
Such as "I love you"
Too bad I'm single
And there is an answer
To the question of love
The affection just makes my body tingle
With a feeling so serenely tranquil
Named after the Beach Boys' song
Aditya Roy Feb 2019
You can be famous now
If you're a rhetorical pronoun
I explored
Tried to get out
My parents would have got me down
Don't get down
You're beautiful
And safe and sound
And you aren't queer
You're ahead of the curve
Keep steering
Look ahead
Wear your personality
On your sleeves
People will fear you
But, it's dread instead
Keep changing your hair
Fiddle your hair
Walk the streets with pride
Gay pride
Stay in the closet
If you wanna change
If you wanna be better
Than Worse
Or just offset
In a changing haze of time
With a dash of thyme
Be a brilliant specimen
Men will be men
Women will be empowered
The dimes fall from the pockets
The beggars will still take their time
Aditya Roy Feb 2019
It's getting better
When you try
Your hands are tied
Your clothes are stuck in the sleeves
Your collar is a frock
You've just jumped through time
Either you're a cross-dresser or Thomas Edison
You must be someone
Somebody's son
Instead, you've been disowned
They have changed the approach to treating the young
How about you colour the town
You fabulous woman
Doesn't matter if you're gay or lesbian
You'll never be alone
My voice cannot be trapped if I'm right when I'm wrong.

The city lights look beautiful today
The setting seems right
That this very day
I would meet my nemesis
On these last hours of

My arrival has been expected
I'm a stranger to myself
I'm your worst nightmare
I am your lucid dream

Seizing the city lights by their electricity
I'm the light of your days
I live within those shadows you avoid
I live in the souls devoid
I am today

The one your terrible fears turned into reality
I'm the work that you do
I'm the food you eat
I'm on your mind all time
Even when I'm away from all this talk of pennies and dimes

The city lights break evenly
I'm your motivation
Why are you so scared of me dear
I'm right there beside thee
Beside your hurried motion

Hiding in the scenery
Because time is an illusion
You can be in the look for better things
Friends leave you
Enemies make you their pre-occupation

But, when the curtain calls
There is no one answer
Because you worked in the theatre
And my worst rival didn't have a job
I gave him mine

Today
I prayed for the enemy
I hope he is better for everybody
You know why
Because if he were me
If he knew the love we shared

The kisses that I lost
The love and the lust
Your affection
My nostalgia
You were the love I once

My lost love
How does the light of the sunshine
Rest on those beautiful shoulders under the pale pallor of pleasant Pulchritude
I found my bliss amongst the stars of solitude
Solitude is a dear devotion
It enraptures a crowd
It needs a loud rabble
A commotion
To make it more pleasant

I love silence
For it can drive out my inner desires
For company
My friends
My girlfriends
Come from the same bookends
Bookmarks which we call destiny
As old conversation of the curtain on the cusp of her miens
She stares outside the window shyly
Her name lovely as the summer breeze
She feels her nerves pulsating
Letting lips quiver slightly
Her lover touches her *****
Slyly caressing his neck against her chin
His shin rather pleasant placed against her skin
He takes his pants off
Kisses her while she laughs
Her gelid calm brings a look of icy green
This Greecian God is gonna live forever
His princess is gonna love him
For his good nature
THoughts remain supple
******* remain a whisper
Her spirited ride against his saddle
She often straddles him with her bare buttocks
Safe to say they've had large assets for the sensuous love-making
This is a scene of serenity
For most with a love for dignity
He gently comes
As love whispers
"I love you"
Love was my enemy
Gets better with the lines, trust me <3

Comedy of A Punk
Aditya Roy Feb 2019
In a middle of a bow
I look down in shame
Hoping to change my praise
Bored audiences come to see
The comedian meant for everybody's boisterous laughter
Among those drunk faces I see the light
It's the fairness of your countenance
I am immediately attracted
And I don't feel so ashamed
But, I must admit I felt quite shy, indeed
She tells me, "You were hilarious, how about buy me a drink?"
I oblige
Telling her, " How lovely the roses look on her pale palms."
All this while trying to cheer her up
She doesn't laugh much
But, she talks quite a bit
I notice she is drunk
Inebriated as I am
The crowd vanishes
And it just her and me
And the comedy of a punk

I live for a dream
A piece of cake it seems
Making up stuff in your head
Letting your thoughts
Do it yourself it is worth the night
Dreaming can't be bought
Dreams can't be sold
But, you can sell hope
To the Pope's followers
I'm sold to lucid dreams of work
My dreams come in green and gold
I guess making money has become the way of the world
Success is all the rotten eggs out of your basket
That's why they lay broken in a green and gold mould

Mould those hopes you have
Into dreams, you can save

My dreams burn
Aditya Roy Feb 2019
Sometimes I just wanna take an amplifier
The biggest on the market
And speak to a city
Do something for peace
Peace of mind seems difficult
When music becomes noise
And life turns into something we toy with
With the freedom that you've been given
And grace you believe in
It may be religion
That is worth believing

Somehow, somewhere
There is a *** of gold
For the many disillusioned
A dollar for the many starving
As visionaries envisioned
A job market that is free from fire
My dreams burn on the funeral pyre
The work of a writer is to write the words to long for the dumb to speak. Trust me, they are worth saying.

Struggle
Aditya Roy Jan 2019
I was struggling
I was uncomfortable
Later, I realized I was stuck in life
Folded up by the ropes of time
Clasped by the chains of guilt
But with time, the guilt washed away
And the shackles became my struggles
I was free of the suffering talked of in novels
Struggle is a never-ending process. Freedom is never really won, you earn it and win it in every generation.

Years have gone by
My enemies became my friends
But, my friends never changed
Years have gone

Hope is a beautiful thing
It changes how you think
Hope is found where the lost souls
Find love, my friends
Find out where you lost your spark

Tied by the roots
I had an autograph
That was signed with
Your name and address
Standing right next to you
In my picture of a thousand words
Above a thousand stars, there might be a moon farther than them. In another galaxy. Another time.

First of the part of the journey
The sea washes
The sand castle
In a hassle of moist touches
Shaping my future like God's touches
I feel blessed
As the empty red sunset sky watches
Looks like the faces of the dirt and the dust
Lay the waste to the degrees of the deserted fields
Cause the spring time rains on the
Heads on the bickering rabble of the lost civilizations
Where has out water gone?
Where is our respect?
Smirking MAGA kid convicted of arrogance
Pretend to be docile to bring out the silence
In your enemy
Provoke disgrace by being free
Out of the trees
Of last vicars
That make the yellow tainted spruce
Meant for the civilized truth
Darkness cannot drive out darkness
Only love can do that
Willing is not enough. We must apply. We must do.

Home to lost souls
Looking for his mum

Aditya Roy Jan 2019
I see scarlet
When I hear the funeral trumpet
Now she is just a color

I hear Scarlet's cries
The love of my life
Murdered in cold blood
She was my wife

I have synesthesia
I see the blood
Imagining color is easier
For me

The blood has turned cold
But the color is warm
I feel blue when I think of her
And feel much warmer
Synesthesia is a perceptual phenomenon of simultaneous sensory stimulation.

An Essay On Akira Kurosawa
Aditya Roy Jan 2019
"The role of an artist is not to look away." A famous quote by Japanese director, Akira Kurosawa is a study into the human side of photographers or film technicians and the generic "role of an artist." We should not be ignorant and therefore, careless, to things that might not concern us. Being insightful and thorough is the route to perfect your art.

You can find the hidden meaning

"Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit"
But you just realized the beauty
Of her
In all those poems
You attracted her attention
Which memory?
No, memories
Because she loves you that's
Why
I hope to find someone
The "same" as that someone
Might be you
