"I don't want to give you all of me,"
She mused.
"and end up with none of me."
"The fear of giving away what is, oneself and thus, what is, everything."

This started out as a lyric that was sung. But now, it's a short poem in monologue.

Nurture your strength and let it freely grow
Gather your spirit, paddle your own canoe
The  darkest storms and all the wildest waves
Spiralling winds,  the strongest gales
All these torments, disillusions and dismays
Easy and strong paddles keep you adrift and unafraid

"Hello, little Little shoulder,
Haven't you seen a bucket of tears over the years?
Or was it?
Was it all just yesterday?"
Because it very well could be.
Inspired by the saying: "You can cry on my shoulder."

~~A little melancholy question for her shoulder.~~

I remember my first 1,062 words,
Every syllable written with an sketch of my pain,
I remember the days
Where "words" helped me ease the pain.
in this sentence I can't complain.
I owe it all to the lines
L I E
The truth into somewhat,
Only POETRY understands..
How it made me a man.
If poetry was your mouth piece
What would you stand
