Pondering whence the Sun will harmless lay,
Hurting, no more the beauty, I array.
Inkling to destroy two months away,
Little did he know.

Ice melts slower than snow,
Peaceful rivers begin to flow.
Indeed i speak the truth,

Letting biting cold do my will,
Out i look, upon many a blue hill.
Vines have ceased to entwine,
Entranced, frozen in frosty time.

Utterly desolate, purely divine.
*The Snow Queen. A wintery write, trying to pen what a Snow Queen must feel, if she were real !!!

The unknown depths call out to me
promising oceans of tranquility,
so let me slip down silently
'neath the waves of a midnight sea.
Addicted to this supplicant swoon,
witnessed only by the waxing moon,
the descent into a liquid room,
as Sirens wail their plangent tune.
Surfing out the softest of tides,
'pon the crest of love my being rides,
to where the deepest of feelings reside.
I sink with ease most graciously.
So let me slip down silently
'neath the waves of a midnight sea.

Breathless

Too long have I waited
The heat of you, the smell of you
You make me
Miss you
This yearning, longing for you
I cannot quiet the fire
You make me
Burn
I see the smoulder in your eyes
Taste the desperate need on your lips
You make me
Breathless
I feel your body, contours so familiar
As your arms wrap around me
You make me
Feel alive
In a deep tidal rhythm that ebbs and flows
I am rising, racing up high, higher
You make me
Fly
Arms entangled, our hearts slowly fall to a quiet beat
As breath deepens, readying for sleep. You kiss me.
You make me
Love you

you pull me through doorways
with cherry red charm
you fill me with whiskey
and hang on my arm

The clerk asks for blood
the stone has run dry
we promise ’tomorrow’
and feed him with wine

dark clouds move faster
the voice of hard wind
it speaks to you only
as thunder moves in

you twist here beside me
and curl like a vine
your teeth in my shoulder
reliving some crime

you hold me so tightly
and whisper your vows
your secrets stay hidden
your tears are so loud
In the ancient Shiv temple
Peace
Circumambulates the inner dome
And the sanctum

The devotees sway in trance
To the incantations of Om
Chanting sacred hymns
To the rhythmic sound of cymbals

The mystical incense
Musky its Fragrance
Wafts up in the temple premise
Divine and pious

The temple doors wide open
Peace spreads to the sanctuary
Peace is now at peace
Old memories from my hometown
I lost my baby daughter
She was two months old
And for many years
My heart stayed very cold
Then I finally realized
All good people He lets in
But He only makes angels
Of those who live and die without sin
