Sydney
Close your eyes
Take the butterflies
And wish upon a star

Make it big
Or make it small
Don't yell it out to all

If you do,
The stars will coo
Your wish has not come true

It will come
If good, not bad
So please don't be sad
Happy new year, everybody! Well, late new year. I hope you had a great one.

listening to your dreams
it's inspiring
heart lifting
you're too good for me
it's intimidating
heart breaking

Though time has built
an
endless warp
of
suffering and pain
the
ancient dust of Africa
is
breaking down the chain
can you hear
the
winds of change
shifting
through the brain
the
ancient dust of Africa
makes
diamonds
in
the
falling
rain
a message of hope to all parents
Of
the
Third world child

hurricane

is a
rotating
storm
of life
endured
in vain.

a torrent
of gale force
trauma
and pain.

when it's
all over,
only
brokenness
and
destruction
remain.

i promise i don't want to get back with you but at the same time i want to talk to you, to hear you and to spend my time with you. is that alright? or do i sound in love? the scary part is that i don't want to love someone who's going to break me again
he's toxic, i need him out of my system

Birds flew into hurricane,
the angry whirl of woe,
someone threw them in,
oh, what an act of sorrow.

They're not born for troubles,
they're meant for flying free,
now they drown in gusts of fear
they cannot ever flee.

Some begin to cope with that,
devastating crushing menace,
and begin like its own
perverted view of solace.

But many birds seem not to care
they fly around in pain
seeking clear skies up somewhere,
where's better life to claim.

Yet there they are,
tiny hopeless beings,
that die when they tire,
seldom with happy endings.
