Erosion
you made me forget how to love,
and there was not much i was left proud of.

you carried me through a hurricane's reform,
but left me a stray during the after storm.

you held me at night when i cried,
but held her as much as i.

you left me thinking you were my armour, you were the one,
but you knew this wasn't a battle i would've won.

*so let me tell you something my love, don't you ever hold a butterfly and tell her she's beautiful if your eyes are laid on many more of her kind.
Through the darkest seed
Through the light split by blood and greed
They desire that which is forbidden
Yet persevere disregarding being forgiven
It's in disgust as infestations reap its greatness
Holding broken memories we soak in weakness
It's in these crown of thorns we rest in what we believe
Yet voiced with transparent lungs we grieve
We try to fight the silence but no one is listening
Screaming our emotions translates to whispering
As we bury their hope in the ground gasping their final last breath
We except their fate
Their destiny
Their death.
Even after death we feel their words resonate
As they breach the great white gate.
They are never forgotten, they are always loved
Looking down on us from above

*Rain has its own song,
When ping on the leaves or lakes
It sings as if I am alone,
When a heavy monsoon has blown
Sometimes it seems like a deep sad song
When it melts with southern cloud pang
And the little bits of your blues,
Its melody divine -
And flows through my blue spine -

Melancholy songs of  Rain that You also feel when you are alone.......
Alone on this low horizon
None can wake up now
Moon calls me tonight,
With full of merriment

Now it is lifting me too high,
Water is shimmering sharply
And I drink alone the beauty
Until ache the twilight horizon

Stars are dancing over the skies
River rises within its silky way,
I am biding boat through its Milky way
When distance is million miles far from you
sharing love and beauty alone with my moon.

Hilda
Not only in sweet melodious song
Of robin trilling at fresh break of dawn.
Thy love and Presence I now find
In floors unswept and tattered blind
From wearisome day and night void of sleep
Which causest the merriest heart to weep.
In dismal November's drizzling rain
Which beating against broken windowpane,
A funeral dirge from sad yesterday;
Solemnity of knells—hopeless decay.

When you reach the house that has become a home,
     take a right;
walk down the street that is a community,
    take a left;
then travel to the shops that are lives,
    take a left;
see the corner that has become a job,
     continue
to find the alley that is a veteran's bed,
     take a right;
walk past the single mother begging for food,
     turn around;
sleep soundly in your warm bed.
Prompt: write a poem that begins with a direction
There was something silent, shifting, swelling
growing in the cavern of the stairs
Something hidden in the bones of that old house
A flicker, a start, light shining off of eyes
In that old house.
