my mind stirs
and then I lie
awake
for hours
10w
Sitting here wishing on a wishing well,
praying I can escape this hell.
Slit your wrists, just to get a taste,
then spread your blood all over my face.

Let me in, but not too close,
we both know how these things go.
Just let me feel you silk soft lips,
just let me grab those bony hips.

Days go passing by,
and I still don't know why.
All the days I've spent,
and how they came and went.

Sun sets over the ocean,
I'm trapped in the Earths motion.
Rotating, day after day,
everything's repeating, the same.

Hold me tight,
don't let me go,
just let me know,
I'll be okay.

Into the late hours,
of the darkest nights,
tell me good, despite,
the blood we're losing.
You have to be lost
To eventually find
where you belong
Walking away was useless.

They never came after me
because they knew
I'd always turn around
and come right back.

Mostly because I had nowhere else to go.
(I) can't stop thinking about you

I wonder, (did) you read it

I don't know why (this) is being written

but I have (to) tell you, I care

not for you but for (myself)
He walked away with my beating heart
as if promises were meant to be broken
he kissed my lips, just to depart
and took my heart as a token

he let his fingers run through her hair
and let his breath graze her skin
into her eyes he had stared
begging her to let him in

i found her bra on his bedroom floor
he could have sworn it was mine
one excuse, three, ten more
and he expects me to act like it's fine?

He had the nerve to call me last night
i answered with three words "set me free"
Stop trying to remember his scent, he smelled like summer and reminds you of the time he made you laugh so hard, you snorted out milk on that dead, hazy day.

2. Don't waste your day trying to decipher what colour his eyes were, it'll only remind you of the galaxies and constellations that you once saw in his eyes

3. Stop trying to retrace the shape of his mouth in the middle of the night, you'll choke on your tongue trying to taste the mint he devoured seconds before pulling you in for a kiss

4. Stop reliving the times you clasped hands together, the glass plate will fall off your trembling hands.

5. Burn this list, admit that the galaxies and constellations shining in his eyes were wilted, the one in yours are bursting with fire. Remember on the dead, hazy day his laugh sounded like nails running down a chalkboard. Remember when you kissed, the weeds growing from his mouth entangled the roses blooming in yours.

Realize that one day, another boy is going to come and plant daisies where he left behind thorns.
I want to hear you say my name
Early in the morning
Between every bite of breakfast
You want to hear me say your name
Late at night
Between every gasp of air
