But love....
LOVE'S not free

LOVE like a circus clown
Painted;
Frowns turned upside down

Every day I died
But love...
LOVE kept me Alive

.....

For Love we hide
We hide our damaged parts
But the stench
The Stench of SULPHUR
Can't be covered by cologne nor perfume

LOVE so deep
But love....
LOVE'S not free

LOVE needs to eat
But how you let it feed when you rot from with in

Lease

The place I'm staying in is my body
She makes my decisions
She rolls my eyes
Every dress I wear is hers
Having a body means nothing is really mine on the inside
Hardly out of my mother yet and my cries don't belong to me
My credit card is food to make my body stay still
But that puts me in debt
And she wants to run because she needs me to pay rent
My body has issues with me that I don't understand
What's the problem if I don't want to move? I think. If I want to smoke why can't I? If I want to thrash around my room and break her.
Why can't I?
Why does she love so easily?
Why does she want to be alive so badly?
The bodies around me own their tenants
Their tenants are owned by other bodies
Our bodies are like children who cry when hungry
There are some things that need to be articulated
There are no more lives left to live and my body is grasping on to me like a lifeline
At the same time she's trying to stop me from drowning
She needs me to feel immortal
Even though I already am

Full Of It

You say you want the entire platter
But your appetite says it can only
Handle a sample
Let's see how much you can digest
Or is it too much to swallow?
You're hungry
But you're a fool
I get it
You don't wanna overeat
You want leftovers
So many options the next day
Yet, you just snack
What's up with that?

A concept I've been experiencing
People lead you on to believe they want the world from you
And when you've almost given it to them
They tell you it's too much

Cooking on the Stove

We should cook meals together
I know this food will taste good
Let’s experiment up in the kitchen babe
Get the ingredients & turn on the stove babe

Making breakfast:
Pancakes, Bacon, Eggs, with some French Toast.

This is the vibe that I bring.
This is not just a fling, I’m trying to eat with you.
I’m trying to eat with you.
Cooking meals, cuddles in bed
Drinking wine, watching cartoons like "Tom & Jerry".
Tell you- “Good morning, love”
Kissing your cheeks & forehead.

And tomorrow, we an redo this again.
Where we wake up in the morning
Place you on counter
**** naked, cooking eggs.
