Come Away With Me, I'll Write You A Song,
Come With Me, Heal My Deletrious Wounds,
Come, By The Flowers We Sit All Day Long,
Come Away With Me, We Will Watch Them Bloom,
If You Do Come, We Can Watch The Sunsets,
If You Came, We Can Search The Starry Skys,
If You Do, You Can Lead The Way--So Let's,
If You Do Come, We Can Watch The Clouds Fly,
Please Do Come, We Can Watch The Sky Turn Pink,
Oh Please Come, We Could Watch Perfect Rain Fall,
Please Come Away, For Two Straws And One Drink,
Oh Please Do Come, Time Is Willing To Stall

*Come Away With Me, I'll Write You A Song,
Come, By The Flowers We Sit All Day Long
Who Will Come Away?

The Snow Fell Lightly Into Your Blonde Hair,
My Hand Tingling In Your Very Own,
Your Blue Eyes Sunk Into Me--What A Stare,
You Gently Touched The Brusises On My Bones,
As You Caressed My Battered Soul With Strength,
Your Lips Gave Air To My Deflated Lungs,
You Held My Desire At An Arm's Length,
The Way You Held My Heart--It Barley Stung,
Our Skin Started To Sizzle In The Sun,
As Our Bodies Broke And Reconstructed,
When Our Flanks Rub Together When We Run,
I No Longer Feel My Life Was Abducted

Though In The Moonlight On Four Feet We Stand,
Our Love Is Still Simple To Understand

The Waves Restlessly Lapped Onto The Coast,
As Hungry Seabirds Hollered From The Shore,
My Minnesota Skin Burned Crisp As Toast,
The Frost Offically Gone From My Core

Palm Trees Sleepishly Loomed Over The Sand,
As Tangled Kelp Gets Beaten By The Sea,
My Body Is Not Used To This Warm Land,
Or Reoccuring Sights Of Honey Bees

Flowers In Every Shade Bloom Happily,
As The Sun Reaches The Ground Where They Stand,
Storms Wander The Skies So Unhappily,
Because They're Aware This Is Summer Land

Grab A Board, My Friend, Or Sit In The Sand,
The Beach Is Always Warm In Summer Land
Yay! I'm Happy I'm Back In California!

The Moon Above The Mississippi Mirrored,
The Warm Silhouette Of The Sleeping Sun,
The Cold Aching Branches Of The Trees Cheered,
For The Day Spring Would Be Set Free And Run,
And As The Days Got Longer And Warmer,
The Moon Felt Free To Leap And Promenade,
Skipping Past Every Stream And Transformer,
The Taste Of It's Song Sweet As Lemonade,
It Exhaled The Bodies Of Fireflies,
As It Glided Across A Lake's Surface,
It Harmonized With The Coyote's Cries,
To Illuminate Upon Dawn's Preface*

In The Black Impending Night Stars Shiver,
As The Moon Disappears In The River

Samples Of Colors Collect In The Sky,
Returning The Hues To This World Of Grey,
Though There May Be Plenty Of Tears To Cry,
The Bravest Souls Are Still Willing To Stray,
They Are Roaming Caked In Soot From Fire,
A Fire Which Wishes To **** Passion,
But No Ember Can **** Their Desire,
Though Their Solem Faces Have Turned Ashen,
And Though Their Vision Has Turned Black From Smoke,
They Still Trudge Over The Hot Coals Of Fate,
And Though They May Be Cold, Hungry, And Broke,
Their Hearts Will Thrive Until They See Gold Gates

No Amount Of Pain Can Crush The Spirit,
No Matter How Many Of Us Fear It
Feet Are Way Off Oh Well, The Human Sporit Is Incredible.. Trudge On Everyone!

His Hair Was The Color Of Summer Straw,
His Eyes Were Hazel As Ocean Waters,
His Enchanting Gentle Touch Has No Flaw,
He Dries My Black Inked Tears With A Blotter,
His Smile Warms Me On The Coldest Of Days,
His Masculine Hands Mend The Wounds I Bare,
He Leads Me Across Streams, Mountains, And Bays,
Yet He Is Tame Enough To Stroke My Hair,
He Tenderly Smiled And Held My Hand,
He Whispered--He Loved Me More Than Ever,
That When He Saw Me It Was Hard To Stand,
And If I Wasn't His--He Would Endeavor

The Sun Beacons--A Beginning Of Love,
Snow White Wings Spread Elegant As A Dove's

The Snowflakes Fell Sweet As They Were Silent,
Into A Mass Of Black Flowing Curls,
Though The Sky Was Dark It Was Not Violent,
The Thickets Were White And Creamy As Pearls,
The Flurries Fell Sluggishly--Easily,
They Danced So Elegantly To Their Death,
The Thought Can Change Making You Uneasy,
But That Disappears When They Catch Your Breath,
The Drifts Of Snow Capture The Angelic,
The Flakes Even Transform The Most Vicious,
Nurturing Their Scarred Souls Like A Relic,
The Flurries Are Graceful And Ambitious

The Snow Is Charming, But I Live For Sky,
Winter Mimic--Snow Is What Stars Cry

Tell Me, How Much Pain Can One Tear Contain?
What Is It Like To Stare In Hungry Eyes?
What Is It Like To Only Own A Name?
What Is It Like To Feel Cruel Genocide?

Children Watch As Their Mothers Slowly Fade,
Mothers Watch As Their Daughters Slowly Starve,
A Father Watches His Son Go To Trade,
As Tears Travel Down The Gully They've Carved

Haunted Eyes Softly Whisper To The Sky,
Disease Scuttles Through Brittle Broken Bones,
Hours Fill Their Schedule On Which They Cry,
As They Shuffle With Bare Feet On Small Stones

What Is It Like To Own Unearthly Eyes?
Why Does Our World Still Harbor Genocide?

The Ripe Color Of My Skin Has Perished,
Along With The Wide Smile I Once Bore,
Music In My Soul Which I Once Cherished,
Has Fallen Flat And Crumbled To The Floor

The Sweet, Joyful Sun Has Dissipated,
The Flowers Within My Heart Have Withered,
My Mind Has Never Been Vindicated,
My Green Eyes Clouded With Blue Of Blizzard

The Autumn Leaves Are Ragged And Soggy,
As If They Wanted To Mimic My Lips,
The Moaning Voice Of The Breeze Is Groggy,
As It Caresses The Earth's Swinging Hips

O, I Remember The Smile I Wore,
Although, I Recall It Being A Chore
Absence of color,
Absence of inspiration,
motive,
and
mind...

Missed you all.

The Last Of Summer's Shriveled Leaves Held On,
A Blistering Wind Had Grasped Their Frail Stems,
And Ripped Each One Off Until They Were Gone;
They Fell Slow Between The Tree's Tangled Limbs

The Last Of Springtime's Robins Had Shivered,
The Orange On Their Bellies Now White From Snow,
Winter's Cruel Bite Seeping To Their Liver,
As Their Eyes Lost The Summer Sun's Stale Glow

The Last Of Fall's Lazy Currents Had Ceased,
And The River Creaked With White, Crispy: Ice,
Robins Scowered What The Ice Had Released,
Skittering Along The Banks Like Starved Mice

The Warmth Within The Trees Has Now Vanished,
The Robin's Song Was Now Chilled And Famished
I Took A Walk The Other Day Along The Now Frozen Mississippi. A Flock Of About 20-30 Robins Landed In A Tree On The Bank Next To Where I Was Sitting. The Bank Was Sligtly Open And They Picked Through The Frozen Dirt For Food Which Wasn't There... There Is A Condition These Robins Suffer From Which Doesn't Allow Them To Return South Because Of The Corruption Of A Gland Behind Their Eyes Which Allows Them To See The Magnetic Field Of The Earth--Which Is Their Built In GPS. This Gland Has Been "Whacked Up" Because Of The Frequenzy Emitted By Cellphone Towers... Last Year In The Middle Of December A Flock Of 9 Surived Until The First January Blizzard..

The Willow's Long Locks Whisper A Soft Song,
As The Cloud Children Play On A Sky So Blue,
The Morning Glories Giggle All Day Long,
As The Linnets Wings Whistled While It Flew

A Stream Sprawls Underneath The Willow,
Swans And Other Waterfowl Swim Silent,
As Catfish Prowl Underneath The Billows,
To Keep The Guppies From Being Violent

The Golden Rays Tickle The Leaves So Green,
As The Breeze Dances With Lush Blades Of Lawn,
The Mayflies Wings Glittered Above The Stream,
As A Mother Deer Weaned Her Newborn Fawn

Each And Every Sparrow Sang All Day Long,
As The Willow's Long Locks Whispered A Song
What I Imagine To Be My Happy Place:)

The Sun Reflecting Off Another World's Chrome,
Tons Of Unwanted Weight--Lighter Than Air,
Let Me Be Your Space Station,
Whirling Around A World Beautifully Blue,
Skimming An Atmosphere Which Houses All My Troubles,
And All My Loves,
Let Me Tumble Through The Forgotten Stars,
And Dance With The Forever Full Moon,
I Want To Breathe Where There Is No Oxygen,
And Fall Prey To The Unending Onyx Of This New Sky,
Let My Veins Become A Jungle Of Tangled Wires,
Swimming Through My Weightless Revolving Body,
Let My Fragile Skin Become Plates Of Steel,
And My Earth Green Eyes Become Solar Cells,
Feeding Off Of A New Sun,
Let These Falling Tears Create Beautiful New Moons,
And Let My Broken Breaths Become Nebulas Of Purple And Gold,
Let My Dirtied Soul Become A Sun Spotted Star,
And My Brittle Bones The Debris Of Cold Blooded Commets,

Silently Spin World,
Twirl A Web Of Time And Space,
Give Life A Purpose

                          Quietly Twist World,

The Crisp Morning Dew,
Perches Upon My Pale Lips,
As I Smile Sweet

The Day Is A Ripe Green,
The Sky The Richest Of Blues,
                       As The Birds Fly Free

                                           The Tulips Have Bloomed,
And The Leaves Have Been Reborn,
                                                    The World Flourishes

The Rain Streaked Window,
Is Chilled From The Damp Spring Air,
The World Outside--Grey

                        The Pavement Is Soaked,
Blackened It Smells Of The Rain,
                  The Leaves Had Turned Green

                                                   Flowers Sip Cautious,
                                   Drinking The Water Of Spring,
                                    Quenching The World's Thirst
Spring Is Both Blue And Grey.. Both Provide Beautiful Days:)

While The Flowers Bloom,
The Sun Greets The Newborn Leaves,
And Sings With The Birds

                         In The Dawning Light
              Butterflies Dance In Spring's Breeze
                           Oh How They Soar

                                                     *In The Noonday Sun
                                       Robins Scuttle In Lush Grass
                                           Grass Which Is Knee High

As Dusk Approaches
Crickets Clear Their Throats To Sing
                          While The Moon Rises

The Nocturnal Creatures Stir,
An Eerie Howl Sounds
Can You Tell I'm Excited For Spring?

Negative Energy Is All This Town Has To Offer,
Demons Roam The Stained Streets And Hallways,
Every Light Which Shines On Ms Is Flourescent,
Broken Souls Look For Pure Ones Just To Have,
The Satisfaction Of Hearing Lung Deflating Sobs,
Ones Which They Create--Just To Destroy Hope

Feelings Here Are Like A Flag In A Bitter Breeze,
Thread Flailing Wildly--Spinning Dizzly,
Flickering Underneath This Unforgiving Sky,
The Clouded Sky Has Heard Us Yell Why,
Oh But The Sky Never Answered.. Not In This Town

These Voracious Beings Feed Off The Misery And,
Oh! How They Gorge Themselves Full Of It!
They Hand It Out Like A Free Sample--Punch Too,
Knuckles White--Twisted Smiles Stitched On Faces,
Laughing Like A Crazed Hyena Yet I Dont Flinch,
It's Exactly What You'd Expect From A Corrupted City

The Stars Burned The Sky,
And Ate Holes Through The Darkness,
They Consumed My Eyes,
Giving Me A Little Hope,
That Beauty Is Still Alive

My Canvas Still Blank,
As I Ponder My Pallette,
My Words Still Bleak,
As I Fish For Meaning,
My Sound Still Sharp,
As I Struggle To Sing,
My Mind Still Exhausted,
As I Awake For Another Rushed Day,
My Heart Still Silent,
Because You Are Still Gone
I Am Perfectly Happy With Life:) I Just Get A Little Bummed Because I Barely Have Time To Write/Read Poetry:/

Strong Jaws Jar My Heart,
One's Of Demons--Slowly Tearing Me Apart,
The Sound Of The Rip,
And The Sight Of Blood Drip,
Does Not Bother Me--No,
I Start To Cross That Lonely Road,
And The Memories Start To Flow,
My Attention Is Not On My Own,
                        Fate,
I'm Upset You Still Live There,
Not In This City--But In My Head,
You Just Wanted To Put To Bed,
Your Diseres--Twisted That Must Be,
Do You Even Think Of Me?
I No Longer Care--I'm Part Of A New Pair,
And I Will Avoid Your Sister's Stone Stare,
Though Within--I'm Still Picking Up The Pieces

A Unique Sight To See Are Summer
Birds Sitting In Winter Trees,
Chilled Winds Whistle--Creating High Voltages Of
Dopamine Which Wriggle Free In My Cells,
Evening Dwellers Soon Awake
Forcing Back The Day--Yet I Stay To
Gaze At The Black Canvas Of The Sky,
How Terribly I Wish To Paint The Stars
Ice White Paint Sits On My Palette; I Am Ready,
Just As I Dip My Brush Dawn Returns
Kinder Blazes On The Horizon--Yet I Create
Lonely Stars Sit--Three To Be Exact--Are
My Creation--And They Greet The Day Dwellers,
Nodding Hello As They Slip Back Into The Blue
Over The Whispy Clouds They Dance,
Politely They Smile And Wave Goodbye And
Quietly They Disappeared,
Rain Rolled Down My Cheeks But I Am Happy,
Silently I Smiled As I Trodded Back To The Trees
The Summer Birds Still Singing,
Uniting With The Bone Chilling Air
Valiant They Weather The Winter On The
Winding River--Their Melody Tingling Under My
Xiphoid Process,
Yielding To Express My Gratitude I Watch As They
Zig-Zag Through The Winter Trees
Sorry It Doesnt Rhyme:( I've Been Seeing A Lot Of Robins All Winter.. I Think This Is Really Weird.. Oh And Your Xiphoid Process Is The Tip Of Your Sternum (Thanks For The X-Word Health:P) Oh And Dopamine Is A Chemical In The Brain Which Creates Happiness.. Sorry I'm A Pschology Buff

Roses Are Red,
Violets Are Blue,
It Was Just Last Summer,
The Summer Of You

My Lips Were Red,
Your Eyes Were Blue,
It Was Love At First Sight,
For Me More Than You

My Shirt Was Red,
Your Jeans Were Blue,
You Were My Bestfriend,
And I Was Yours Too

My Hair Was Red,
Your T-Shirt Blue,
We Fell In Love,
It Was Too Good To Be True

My Nails Were Red,
While Hers Were Blue,
But You Could Not Decide,
Which Appealed To You

The Sun Was Red,
But The Sky No Longer Blue,
Autumn Had Fallen,
And I Had Lost You

The Fire Is Red,
While My Soul Is Blue,
I Feel So Lonesome,
When I Think Of You
Summer Lovin' Had Me A Blast,
But There's Something Peculiar About Summer.
It Never Lasts.

Stars Glisten Upon The Waters Blackened Surface,
As Cold Currents Tango With Leaping Comets,
Waves Quietly Lap Against A Ragged Shoreline,
While A Fire Dances Upon The Damp Sands,
And A Sturdy Song Weaves Through The Forest,
A Deep Bass Embeds Itself Into A Beating Heart,
And Shoots Up Towards The Billions Of Stars,
The Same Stars Which Rooted Themselves Into,
The Desperate Eyes Of Millions Before
Still Recovering From Writer's Block.

Sunflower,
Don't Die From My Soul,
Sunlight Still Lurks In My Veins,
Imagination Quenches Your Thirst,
Though Your Roots Are Exposed,
I Kiss Every Petal,
To Keep You Alive

Rose,
Don't Die,
You Are The Passion In My Garden Of Me,
Don't Let The Frost Over Take You,
Snowflakes Dance Around You,
Enjoy The Cold

Sunflower,
Oh Sunflower,
It's Always Summer In My Garden,
Let The Showers Of Enlightenment,
Keep Your Petals Smooth And Age Free

*Rose,
Oh Rose,
Rose With Green Eyes,
Stay Strong,
Don't Let The Weeds Overtake You,

You Are The Pacemaker,

The Warm Yellow In This Freezing Sunrise,
Reminds Me Of The Marigold We Picked,
And The Greyish Brown Of The Dirtied Snow,
Reminds Me Of The Woodticks You Picked Off Me,
The Lights Of These Passing Cars,
Remind Me Of Your Bona Fide Smile,
And The Crows In The Trees Remind Me Of,
The Crisp Mornings On Your Terrain,
And Now I Realize There Is No Word Loud Enough,
No Song Too Masculine Yet Gentle To Wish You Goodbye,
And There Is No Poem Beautiful Enough,
To Lead You Properly To Your New World
Goodbye Uncle Steve.. The Reason Why I Called This Poem "Suspenders Unused" Is Because You Always Wore Them. I Love You, Say Hello To Aunt Petsie Pie For Me <3

The Sky Was Dreadful,
More So Because It Is May,
Such A Dreary Day

                            The Sun Slept Silent,

In The Pastel Light Of Dawn,
The Sky Would Smile At The Weeping Willows,
As The Remaining Stars Would Wipe Their Tears,
Telling Them There Is Absolutly Nothing To Fear

In The Murky Sky Of Dusk,
The Clouds Would Dance With The Blooming Nocturnal Lilies,
Telling Them That The Day Would Find Them Beautiful,
Even If Their Petals Were A Dusty Grey

As Dusk Slowly Grasped The Day In Cold Hands,
Blue Birds Snuggled Into Their Nests Of Soft Hay,
Clouds Rolled In--Tucking In The Frosted Lands,
Ducking Into Sleep Fragile Flowers Waited To Play,
Eager For The Day Robins Closed Their Tired Eyes,
Ferns Sway In A Befuddled Wind--It's Mind Whirling,
Gregarious Crickets Shake Away Their Frosty Ties,
Homesick Linnets Wings Spread--Elegantly Swirling,
Illuminating The Night Sat The Paled Lonely Moon,
Jubilant It Is Though, Upon It's View From The Sky,
Kissable Caterpillars Lounge In Their Cocoons,
Lost In Sleep They Dream Of The Clouds So High,
Mother's Of The Nocturnal World Lead Their Young,
Northward To Play In Wheat Filled Prairies,
Organic Love Loomed Where The Branches Hung,
Promenading Inside A Wind Smelling Like Berries,
Quietly The First Few Drops Of Rain Fell,
Ricocheting Off Of Budding Leaves,
Sweet Mother Earth Caught Everything In Her Spell,
Tonight A Sacred Lullaby Is Whispered By The Trees As,
Untamed Ligtning Struck The Frozen Ground,
Vibrating The Sky Thunder Crashed,
Water Swam Through The Air Creating No Sound,
Xenon and Nitrogen Screamed While They Clashed,
Yet No Gentle Creature Was Awakened--Grasping

It's Rainy Again. The Four Day Storm Is Lethargically Pulling It's Rain Filled Belly Across The Sky. The Air Smells Of Crispness And Decaying Leaves; Dampened By The Warm Droplets Of Water Which Collected Upon Them. The Clouds Cast A Gray Shadow Among The Mist Filled Air, Making Even A Smile Seem Somewhat Gray And Tasteless. The Dawn Is Quiet, The Retreat Of Songbirds Evident, The Scent Of Fall Prominent; Clinging To My Clothing. My Eyes Linger, Tracing The Rigid Edges Of The Storm Above. The Masculine Brim Of The Thunderheads Reminded Me Of The Storm Inside Your Eyes, One I Have Witnessed Many Times. One I Have Danced In, Took In, Loved You In. Though Now, Only A Drought Lurks In The Borrows Of My Soul, For You And Your Storm Have Deserted Me, Leaving Nothing But A Calm And Tangible Gray.
This Is Just A Short Freewrite From My English Class. I Decided To Post It Because I Have Been Absent. Hope All Has Been Well!

The Most Exciting Part About The Night,
Was Watching The Milliliters Of The IV Bag,
Count Down From 1000,
Blood Staining My Right Arm,
A Glassy Stare Fogging My Own Vision,
The Bitter Taste Of ***** And Dissapointment,
Was Lodged In The Back Of My Throat,
Thirst Coating The Roof Of My Mouth,
My Body Weak,
The Rhythmic Clicking Of Machines Relaxing,
Almost--Peaceful,

Whispering A Lulling Language--Sleep My Friend,

The Branch Bore A Bud,
It Was A Cocoon Of Life,
Soon It Would Errupt

The Young Leaf Emerged,
In Springtime's Renewed Sunlight,
Taking It's First Breath

The Leaf Grew Each Day,
Side By Side With Other Leaves,
They Would Speak Softly

Rain Would Come And Go,
And The Leaves Would Ask For Sun,
They Would Beg The Sky

The Days Grew Colder,
And Nighttime Consumed The Dawn,
The Sun Gave No Warmth

The Leaves Were Different,
They Were Red, Yellow, And Orange,
Ripened From The Cold

Slowly They Let Go,
One By One They Met The Earth,
Concealing Her Skin

The Leaf Recoils,
It's Flushed Cheeks Now Colorless,
The Branches Are Bare
Thought I'd Try My Luck At A Leaf Poem Because I've Been Seeing So Many That Are Unquestionably Marvelous! How Interesting That The Life Of A Leaf Is So Similar To Our Own.
