Oh my sweet misery,
No point in fighting you,
You will start again
I'm human indeed
Still feeling her skin on my fingertips
She is only in the wind
Scent of punk rock, grunge and cigarettes remain
I wander alone on the subway, to forget her
Trying to forget her intoxicating scent
I want to get away, everything to start again,
Oh my sweet misery

I tasted a bit of love ... with her,
Like a drop of honey, thick and sweet.
Do not ask me to dance again,
Never without her.
In this vast city, I'm invisible
And then ... here you come again, sweet misery!

hours pass
don't know how much longer
my heart can last
it's bleeding leaks into being
sadness felt, uncertainty's within me
this is important, don't let me rot away
this is important, don't let me become
the afterthought I believe myself to be

Empty Hello

An empty hello
is worse than
an empty presence.

An empty presence leaves me wondering,
an empty hello
is a direction reflection
of how much you don't care.

I've been alone, waiting
for you
at home
I got no feel of the air no more
I turn off the radio
My ear sick of hearing love song all over the radio
I cannot find anymore
The zing we shared
Everything I think when wrong
Cause you are faking around me
Don't be afraid
I will superwoman
And
I'm gonna fly, fly, fly
million kilometers away from you
Maybe I will write about you
But I accidentally make it fake

Call it “Faith” or call it “Hope”,
Whatever it is, it helps us cope.
Scientist say we live then die:
Death brings Nothing, no reason Why.
We’re made of matter which doesn’t last,
So soon we’ll be a thing of the past.

Religions offer an afterlife,
With just reward for all our strife.
We hope there will be more than this:
A spiritual world, even heavenly bliss.

We pray those boffins are all wrong,
That God (or Whoever) will summon us with his gong.
Physical reality really *****,
Even if you’ve lots of bucks.
Our common prayer I can’t conceal:
That simply put,
THIS isn’t REAL.

The more I tell myself yes
The more reason I'm led to believe no

The more I tell another yes
The more reason they're led to believe no

The more I tell us both yes
The more reason we're led to believe *no
I promise
I'm not saying yes to lie
I'm not saying yes to build false hope
I'm not saying yes because I need to
I'm saying yes because I have to
It has to be a yes...
...so why does it feel like a no?
