Decades pass like seconds-
Ever closer till we go,

Flowers wilt from acid rain-
How could you not know?

You taste sorrow on the wind-
Drifting past us, it may slow,

It's my turn to say goodbye,
Never colder will we grow.

And then, in a lightning flash,
You know they spoke the truth!

A brilliant mind, a dire warning,
But you ignored the youth.

A cinder party, a barren tree,
Another extinction unknown,

Blind behind gilded palace walls,
You can die there, all alone.
My mind is the writer
my heart is the editor
Sleep now, O sleep now,
O you unquiet heart!
A voice crying "Sleep now"
Is heard in my heart.

The voice of the winter
Is heard at the door.
O sleep, for the winter
Is crying "Sleep no more."

My kiss will give peace now
And quiet to your heart -- -
Sleep on in peace now,
O you unquiet heart!
Love isn't blind,
blind are those,
who never loved.

life is like a labyrinth
explore it all the way even
if you know where the exit is
It's over, isn't it?
The sunburned
ice-cream dripped
sand-in-your-toes mess.

I raise you rain.
And clouds too!
And gusts of wind that
can blow the hat off your head.

And cuddling together under blankets
while drinking tea
(you're more of a coffee person)
during the long nights.

So to the cold!
To the burrowing the falling
the flying.
To us who live on yet.
ITS FALL FOLKS
Late night whispers in the dark,
Subtle flickers of love
hidden in the sparks!
Your smile frees my soul,
Your eyes have stolen my heart!
