sin city, streets in smoke a-bustling
neon lights atop, flickering
devil in the shadows
gazes locked, heart strings tugged
she wanted him to steal her breath
skirting around corners and
stumbling into his intoxicating embrace
he tasted of a tender, poignant romance meant
to devastate her heart
yet is it theft when the target parades herself
to catch the eye of the hunter?

She held onto the cigarette
quivering hands and ****** veins
it lit up and scorched the leaves
infiltrating in her tensed lungs.
It reminded her of him.

Breathing in the grey smoke,
she suffocated from
the air that they weren't sharing.

Hugging the cigarette,
with his shapely lips
she knew that any attempt
of kissing him
would **** her
but yet she longed to die
at his touch.
- she loved him so much-
i simply use big words

in a pathetic attempt

to match up my love

for     you

because if you can't    love  me

than perhaps

you can love my words
maybe if i continue it'll word 10th times a charm as they say
I often forget how your hands used to rush down
my spine
and drew little masterpieces
on my back.
You owned my soul
even more than you owned my body.
More than I ever
owned you.
You were so gentle
and I was so naive
to believe that someone like you
could ever possibly fall
for me.
