It is a bittersweet
How one can live a life
But death sounds better

That I will prepare for that day
Until that day
and when the day arises
What shall I have but a grave?

Would my life have been a waste
Or my bones litter the world

I drink the thought and choke
Because death is a dark hole of no return
Yet people get swallowed alive daily

A faint reminder to my fellow people
Live in the life you have been given
Because death is certain

Your ending curtain

Jack
I wrote these words while you were sleeping
Lost between the sun and moon
Wrapped so tight in shadows seeping
Fractured light a’ dance your room

Eyes now closed and softly breathing
Peace it seems does seek your mind
Drifting off to sighed believing
Distant thoughts of wishful kind

Still the monsters come a’ motion
Bearing teeth of sharpened steel
Tearing through this deep devotion
Praying on your soul to feel

Running paths of darkest hour
Endings seem so far from view
Reach, my hand it wields the power
Strength abounds protecting you

Bristled thorn of endless bleeding
Fear a’ grip your skin so tight
Here I stand to slay the demon
As you lie this whispered night

Place your heart in this my station
Lone of every captured whim
I shall last this strained duration
So your smile may rise again

Rest my precious love a’ keeping
Fear no more for I shall stay
Deep within your silent sleeping
To keep you safe this autumn's day

A
Nearly 2 am and im up taking shots of wiskey using the sweet words you wispered into my ear as a chaser

I just realized that the stars spell out your name perfectly on my left arm

Thats when I threw my half empty bottle at this desk where ive spent so many drunken nights writing about you and I used a peice of the broken glass to scratch out the beautiful consolations.
Wrote this a while back

Junebug
You see her walk fearless
as she let the wind cary her
Her smile makes your heart beat faster and faster
She look as if she could fly above the ground and up to the clouds
You want to feel her soft pink lip right under yours
Her mouth makes the perfect O
The deep dark brown color of her eyes looking right through you
You just want to take her by the waist and kiss her
She is like an angel brought straight from heaven
You would pay dimes and nickels just to have her
But when you see her with the boy next door your face is flush with anger and sadness you would love her more than he would
The girl is more than on fire, SHE IS FIRE!!!!!!
Every night when I lay to sleep
I get depressed, because you're not with me.
I know he kisses you on your lips,
I wish it was only me
in this relationship.
We talk most days,
sometimes for hours.
It feels like we are together,
but our time gets soured.
We do many things
with each other each day.
The best of friends
is what most people say.
The most heart breaking thing
is we belong to another.
So I write this letter
with a restless heart,
because each night, we are apart.
Patience, is what she reminds me we need,
because you must not rush true love
at any speed.
So I ask her each night,
in my mind,
please think of us,
when you close your eyes.
There is a restlessness
in my heart tonight.
