When I look into your eyes,
I see my future with you.
You're nothing short of a prize,
I love the things that you do.
When you hold my hand, you hold my heart
I think we're meant to be.
In my life, you play such a huge part
You make me feel alive, you make me feel free.
We haven't been together that long,
But I can already tell that you're the one.
By your side is where I belong,
You make all of my aches become undone.
All the pain of my past,
You make it fade away.
I hope forever we last,
Because my love grows for you every day.
The way your fingertips trace my bare skin,
The way your arms hold me tight,
It makes me forget where I've been
And sets the fire in my heart alight.
I always wondered why things never worked out
Between me and other guys.
But now that I've got you, I know without a doubt
It was because I wasn't looking into your eyes.
Meeting you was destiny, it was fate.
You're everything I never knew I needed.
Such a beautiful love, we did create
We built it strong and we succeeded.
We just planted our seeds, let's watch them bloom
Into a big strong tree with roots unbreakable.
My heart is something you now consume,
The chemistry between us is unmistakable.
Take my hand, stay with me forever
Our journey will be full of love and fulfillment.
I'll be here for you, whenever, wherever.
Because to you, I've made a full commitment.

Sequoi devare eley
I see them, the soles of dead slaves, they talk to me, tell me things, I see them in the fire burning, screaming for them to stop, I hear the whips wapp, wapp,  I feel every strike do you know what that's like, to see the hurt and scars, to feel their pain as if it was you getting the beating, they were out there while the white man was sleeping, in their with another woman, his wife didn't know he was cheating, the molestation of African American women so brutal, so violent, you try to get over it but you cant, wat are we doing laying in the blood of our ancestors, wat are we doing rewriting history, But is it possible we can come together as one and live in unity, and not poverty, is it possible that maybe just maybe we could look into each other's eyes and call ourselves friends ,it is possible but it's only possible if we all try (together).

She could probably name your favorite show
Your favorite movie
Favorite song and color
Favorite book and favourite T shirt
And she knows she is your favorite contact in your phone
But I could name your writing style, I know the word you could never spell right as a kid I know your favorite authors and who's books you have read every single one of, and I know every crevice and silver fleck in your highest hopes and aspirations.
She wouldn't care about that stuff
...but that doesn't matter to you, does it?

Repost if you know the feeling. Or if you just really like reposting stuff

The sea, endless, magnificent blue
Reminds me of your deep swirling eyes
Looking at me with mischievous love
Reflecting the big, open skies

The stars of the dark night
Remind me of the scars dotted on your skin
Painting your body in loose touches
Polaroids of everywhere you've been

The Sun, in its bright glory
Reminds me of your smile
Radiating, powerful, from cheek to cheek
Sadly, I haven't seen it in a while.

And finally, I must say, my love
I realize, as I finish this verse
Before, I saw the universe in you
*Now, I see you in the universe
I don't know but yeah.

When you told me

When you told me,
"Please don't leave baby, stay with me.."
My body was just a tool,
For you to ***** with.

When you told me,
"I promise I won't fall for anyone else.."
I etched that in my heart
Believing that I'll never be replaced.

When you told me,
"She's just a friend, I'm just helping her.."
Pretending I'm fine
Vomiting your words.

When you told me,
"It's just not the same anymore.."
I tried everything to make you stay,
And I found out later it was her, all along.

i am made of forgiveness
and you break my bones like they are promises
my anatomy depends on how many times a day you say
“i’m sorry, i will be better”
and i dress my wounds accordingly
this whole time i thought your kisses
were like drinking the cure to my pain
but you were the poison festering a disease
