That's the trick...
Lay silently,
Like a cold corpse waiting to be devoured,
By birds and other....

Such animals! I cannot believe they left you like this!
They are under scrutiny and shame,
Yet they fallow a chirp of pity and pain

Birthing me, she asked...

Twilight blues?

Renegade Freedom
I responded...

Your like a cook in a desert,
You don't play nice,
With women or children...

Ok the silence is over! The butler or something screeched,
I've long winded the chase,
And i've dawned a new thought
We will rise the morrow with a crimson red...

..do you know the stakes you take?
For all the beauty you imagine
It's as if you aren't there
Or anywhere else,
I could suggest
The elephant snorts his gestures of guile
And cordless phones still reign,
But the satellite dishes, the poachers,
They can't get a rest
This is a tribute to freedom, in all forms. It is both militant and completely a hippie, childish, yet elderly and wise. This poem is fluent and broken, sad and joyful
She got up this morning,
sun shining through the blind.
She took a look in the mirror,
and something crossed her mind.

You weren't there to see her wake,
she didn't see your smile,
for when she does, she feels like
her days are all worthwhile.

She went into work today,
kids running through the halls.
She looked at plans for tomorrow
and is sad when nobody calls.

She got in her car to go home today.
On the radio she heard a song;
it reminded her of you
and how hurtful it is you're gone.

She went out with a friend tonight,
smiled and wore a brave face,
for all she really wants in life
is to have you in this place.

She gets a daunting feeling,
one that won't disappear.
What's the point in all of this?
What's the point when you're not here?

She went to sleep that night,
tried to prepare for the days ahead.
If she looks real careful,
you're there on your side of the bed.

Stroke her hair and tell her
that no matter what life throws,
you have a love like no other;
in death it continues to grow.

She got up this morning,
sun shining through the blind.
She took a look in the mirror,
and something crossed her mind.

You WERE there to see her wake,
and she could see your smile,
and when she did, she realized
you're only absent for a while.

She closes her eyes and in the dark,
she knows she'll see you again.
The only thing that troubles her
is not being able to say when.

For now she must be patient,
and one day her time will come,
and you'll be there to take her hand
and safely guide her home.
I was never a fixed person. My father left, my mother worked day and night, my sister did drugs, my brother snuck out, and I was left taking care of my siblings. And to make things worse, my innocence was stolen. I will never have a perfect first date, I will never get married in white, and I will always be broken. I will never go to prom with the perfect guy. I will never have the innocence of a bride. I'm forever broken.
This is based off my life. Sorry if its not sunshine and rainbows
I am bleeding broken teeth
Out on the driveway
My BMX buckled beside me
And the whole world in front of me

I am typing up scripts
To sell consumer goods
My empty lunch tin beside me
And a deadline in front of me

I am watching the curtain breath
Through the balcony door
My dog sits beside me
And the weekend in front of me

I am memory pushed through a straw
Into the shape of a man
My dreams beside me
As with the whole world around me
Included in I am... (Ja sam..)  exhibition www.kreativnikrk.com
And what about the lairs
Who whisper in our ears
Shadows in the corridors
Envy in their stare's
Evil eyes awatching
Wishing wicked things
I can feel them
Crawling across
The dirt of all our
Graves

Shall we dine
On wine and flesh?
There seems to be
Plenty left!
So pass around
The possum pie
Wine made out
Of dandelions

Lazy days
Of summer sun
Sleeping in
Like we're still young
Falling free
Blue ocean skies
Let our hearts
Never die...
