I think it's over. why?
It's not the first time.
But I can feel it's the last one.
last one that I see your smile
last one  that I see your eyes
last one that I smile when I think about you.

Jellyfish
It's okay to cry, even if it's on the inside.
It stood on a throne,
Made out of lime stone.

It was clothed,
In colorless gold.

It wore a shadeless crown,
Above its brow.

Its heart was frozen-
From winters night.

Its soul was diced,
by Jack Frost's knife.

It stood alone,
In its quite abyss.
Dismissing my stare.

Though it was free,
It looked lost at sea.

For, I waited to hear a plea,
But it was silent as a willow tree.

Time passed-
And it started to bow

To the brown earth beneath its feet,
To the blue sky above its crown.

Though, the journey was over,
And the final Goodbyes were made.

I could never forget the pride in its eyes,
Or why it stood so still.

For to this day,
I question if I'll every discover,
If the White Rose knew,
Of its wonder?

sometimes enough is enough
sometimes logic is messed up
sometimes you just have to say
**** it and go your own way
There was an army of ants in the plastic plants
So I poured light through a magnifying glass
And I created a fire on the artificial grass

They scurried and hurried
with flames on their backs
Like soldiers on a hopeless plain,
searching for invisible barracks

And I sighed as they died,
because we are all the same:
Scurrying and hurrying from invisible pain

your eyes haven't changed
the way they
lit up when
we saw each other again
i miss you
i miss your long hair that
i suddenly took liking to
and the song you wrote me
is one of the most beautiful
things I've ever heard

come back to me.

Hug
long have i been wanting
to feel your heart beating
with your arms gently wrapping
tightening
tightening
until my body is quivering
shivering
dying
--
i really really want to hug you, R. I can do it anytime, you know. but to be hugged by you, i swear i'm ready to die.
My heart is a compass and you are the North.
I want to tell you that
you are the stars,
& I am a lonely astronomer
trapped in a city of lights.

Although I'm lost in the space
Of where we used to be,
I still find myself
Wandering through traces we left.
Grasping for your incandescence.

You are Polaris and I am caught in your glow.
