Pure and salty from my eyes
The fountain of wasted youth runs dry
After a thousand tears I cried
For I could not see where my true beauty resides
My life drained into a tear filled bowl
As my self worth burried under all the rejection
I sunk into the ocean of self hate
Chasing love as a remedy
I found myself in the deep end of my pain
Tripping over yesterday's memory
Love yourself or you will need someone to do it for you, self-love begins with acceptance and contentment.

Don't be like your older brother,
We are social beings,
Be kind,
Be compassionate,
Hear our cries,
Let us out!
Give us wings to fly.

A drop on my cheek was of a hollow tear,
It silenced the day that was so near.

My failures make others happy
they have better chances of victory

Life is not
             what it does seem
             a large part of it
             is what we imagine

Doubt is better than certainty
         it's a window of talent--discovery
getting you was
a cup of tea
holding onto you,
misery for me.

when you imagined
I'd go down on my knee
my first instinct,
was just to flee.

oh, can it be?
your voice is calling me
will you finally
set my soul free?
It's just your voices against mine.
Why do I have to long,
To find a place where I belong?
Just trying to find a place,
to rest this nomadic soul
a place to stay,
without a hole.
this year Christmas gifts
will give my opinions
empty pockets speak.
