Nobody
Don't stumble, forget to hide.
Don’t bring them down,
don’t make them cry.
Once they hear,
they’ll need reasons why.

I know you didn’t ask for this,
stop sounding so sad.
We said we love you,
you're not happy about that?

You just sit alone in here,
dwelling on silly fears;
no we won’t sit with you,
but it doesn’t mean we don’t care.

Sorry this burden is yours,
you can try and bleed it away;
but there is no escape,
this is how you were made.

i am sitting in a taxi cab
reading poetry
and thinking
that there must be some metaphor
hidden here
some deep meaning
something greater than just a woman
reading poetry in a taxi cab
a thought
something like
i am the only one who does this
and that my beauty lives in choosing
poetry to fill my days with
something like
this is what will make someone
fall in love with me
but maybe
maybe the poetry in this moment
maybe the greatest thing in all of this
is that i am a woman
reading poetry in a taxi cab.

How I adore the
poetic verses of the moon.
Not the sun,
Not the stars,
but only my moon.

From a balcony of clouds
above me, the moon whispers
and throws a star.
Ah, but the moon shines as twice
as bright as the star it throws.

I would fly to heaven
just to be with my moon,
Where the silver beams
would color my hair white.

Oh, what a poem would I write
if I could make the moon
Mine, all mine ...

I lied when I said I was going to be okay.
I lied when I told you I was fine.
I lied when I told you it didn't bother me.
I lied when I told you I wasn't crying.

I lied when I told you I didn't love you anymore.
it hurts so bad

I saw the world through
eyes of glass.
Ghost, tall and thin.
What I can't see, please tell me.
- Little petals, white and rosy.
Flying in your garden
You really can't see the beauty
in everything,
I don't even think you can see me.
... But Cherry Blossom

mother cried
because she was beautiful
her daughter,
the placid girl.

she cried,
because the men wanted her,
yet could not love her.

as millions plucked
flowers for their beauty,
then threw them to pavements.

they touched her,
because she was beautiful.
they defiled her.

they ripped the petals
from her throat,
and left her to wither,

a rose on the sidewalk.

Is it worse to forget
Or to be the one forgotten

Should I pity my mother
Because her mother forgot her
Or pity my grandmother
Because she doesn't know her own child

Or should I pity none

Because that is life
That is the way life is

You live, you forget
Nothing is remembered in the end

I fail to see what's hidden behind,
Smiles, and faces so good at pretending
Long have I been familiar with these names ;
But this unfamiliarity is never ending
Felt the warmth of compassion as long as we talked
Then, their shadows faded and left me thinking;
Is this what they mean by amity  ?
To be held close for a moment;
And then be left alone the other second
And as I dug deeper and deeper I found,
These memories that I hold on to
Are nothing but a bunch of  **good byes
