spamming your email inbox
with messages that harass
none of them do you wish
to have on your receipt's pass

these sorts of communications
you haven't requested
though the pushy sender thinks
of them you'll be invested

do you ever recall asking
for bedeviling telegraph cables
to be jammed into your
receiving stables

Stand up for your rights

The world carried on
Humanity celebrated
Peace on earth to all
Gods and godless unite
To  fill our world of love
For all those living on planet earth
kindness rules to save humankind

A cool December morning!
Today I rose much earlier than usual
I watch the night stealing away
Like an accused convict under cover

Sunlight peeks through the leaves.
In the haze of overhanging mist,
Only the blurred silhouette of trees in sight
The crows have begun their raucous call

The leaves of grass are misted with dew
A cool zephyr blows from the south
Clouds float like shredded cotton
Even Sirius, the brightest star has paled

Life is slowly beginning to unfold
And men like shadows have begun to move
The sun has now climbed to the Eastern hills
In scintillating glory like a mighty king

Shattering the mist with his lance like beams
He exults like a victorious warrior
His crystal rays rouse the sleeping birds
And they begin their chorus in wondrous rhyme

I enjoy the sweetness of this lovely morn
In serene silence, I stand and watch
The light that slowly fills the Earth,
Dispelling all trace of overhanging darkness!
Unlike the Winter of the West, here in most parts of India it is very mild and sweetly pleasant with clear blue skies, bright sun and cool mornings and evenings. This is the best time of the year, here in the place where I live. The morning air carries the scent of opening flowers, so refreshing and giving an exotic feel !

A winter night tale

Painted world, winters cold
Turning white, roses fade.
Dying fire ,fading light,
stolen dreams ,Awaiting sight.

shivering bones, frozen tears,
longing still ,sun light.
sidewalk house, cardboard box,
Freezing death, Awaiting sight.

Sleeping warm ,heaters on,
blankets bright,Held tight
burning fire, Dreaming dawn.
Tears gone, winter warm.

nights gone,Day born
Frozen death, Winters harm
Blankets Warm,Spared one
Worthy fight, Winters migh
To all homeless people to stay safe this winter
snow is beautiful yet to the poor its a harsh reality

And I'm still here,
waiting there, to catch you if you fall.
I don't know why I care so much
when, I shouldn't care at all.

It hurts —
My body aches for your embrace;
My mouth yearns for your kisses.
God, I really wish we didn't have to…
But you understand.
It’s for the best, right?

It hurts so much
Here in my heart:
Where you should be;
Where traces of you still linger
In the crevices of my brain
And in the chambers of my heart.

I’m sorry.
I know it’s hurting you, too.
I still love you;
And I know you still love me.
But maybe we weren’t supposed to be.
Not now, at least.

But someday,
When we’ll start right;
When we don’t have to hide what we are;
When we can show the whole ******* world
That they were wrong —
That we were, indeed, in love

I believe

That we’ll find our way

Back to each other.

No matter how long

Or how far.

I will wait with you.

I will wait.
i love you, t.

due to me reaching
that post menopausal age
there's a hirsute carpet
growing on my chin's stage

a goatee  beard adorns
in such distinguishing tone
it's envy of my neighbour
Russell John Stone

over the years he's tried
to cultivate an abundant hair tress
but alas his bare cranium
has borne less and less

since my whiskers
are so prolific in sprouting
I could shave them off
for his wig's touting

of himself he had*
an all encompassing admiration
this aggrandizing love
steeped in deep fascination

his life's catch cry
arrogantly on display
none wore it with a
more qualified sashay

unto himself all glory
given supreme
some saw this as
being far too extreme

yet he'd not be humble
nor ever demure
there was a strong endearment
of own sinecure

love of thine
       for all time
love of thine
his coda's prime
love of thine
always enshrined
love of thine
so openly opined

with a conceit inflated
enraptured was he
a sure emblem
*of his doting spree

Two nightingales
sitting on a
pine tree,
singing together
to the crystal sea.
I wonder how
each nightingale
has a someone
to sing to a
little forest melody.
Oh, how they
sing so soft,
so sweet.
I wonder
if my heart
keeps singing,
will my melody
go to someone
who will sing
back a
love song
to me...
