My first apple was sweetly poisonous and now I search every  tree to find an apple that is as deadly as my first pick.

I fell in love with candlelight-
in my darkness, she shone so bright.
She danced the breeze, lit up the night,
her glow consumed my very sight.

But wax and wick both burn away,
and candlelight just cannot stay.
As sure as night turns into day,
that fickle flame will go astray.

But for a moment, through the storm,
she lit my world, she kept me warm,
then flickered out, as is the norm
for candlelight, its fleeting form.

I fell in love with candlelight,
for but a moment, all was right.
Her glow, her dance, consumed my sight,
and faded out at end of night.

I miss you.
Why do I feel guilty to say that?
Why does it feel wrong?
What's going on?

I miss you.
You, who I've made the center of my life.
I miss you
You, who will grow to hate me in time.

Afraid to live.
Afraid to die.
All I'm sure of is I miss you.
I'm sorry.

I miss you.
"Being lazy is disrespectful to those who believe in you"
I'm sorry.
I miss you.

Be brazen. Be bold. Be blunt. Because things coated in sugar was never healthy for people anyways.

Love!
Love like it's the last day
you are allowed to breathe.
Dream!
Dream like madmen
lunatics running in the streets
dream like children
wanting to touch the sky
with their paper wings.
Feel the air entering your skin
run, jump, scream,
watch the sunsets
talk to the moon
feel the rain
cry if you must,
laugh
travel to unknown places,
don't listen to the ones who tell you
that you're not supposed to dream,
touch horizons
enjoy the stars
and the sleepless nights.
look around to things tomorrow you might not have.
dance,
dance like crazy people
the way trees dance with the wind
dance
but don't forget to hear the music.
Life is a song
hear its melody
before the silence breaks in.

Does anyone truly understand
why flames dance?

Rhythmically burning
flicking and fluttering
on the wick.

The more it burns
the closer the
flame approaches the
end

Perhaps this is why flames dance
better to burn out
in a state of rhythmic bliss
than to be snuffed out standing still
