At a crossroads with life.
Existential questions arise & keep me up at night.
Been up since 5, rode the same amount of miles home.
Circuitry surfacing riddles embedded in my bones.
About to go to school simply to see faces,
before we move on and head to different places
Still tryna figure out, how to right all the wrongs
Gonna keep writing, I'll try not to be gone long
Any move, stings, with connections so strong.
Giving myself time, but lemme leave you with this song;

Was so fragile-
She could be cut by callused palms.
Could be bruised-
With the stroke of her makeup brush.
Lays so sound-
She could wake up to the car door slamming in the garage.

She is so thin-
Light shines not just through her eyes-
But through her chest, hips, lips, and-
No warmth is transferred through her kiss.

She breaks like hardened mud.
You could sink into her like quicksand.
Her body, is built like a storm.

You can watch the blood in her veins-
Meet your fingers at the surface-
You can still see what you have drawn in the morning-
If you can even crawl out of bed to crack the blinds.

She likes thunderstorms.
She likes the smell of dirt.
Her eyes were gray-
And her tongue is stuck to the roof of her mouth.

She can dance in the sun-
clumsily-
And still be the most beautiful thing you have ever seen.

She could sing-
Off key-
But her emotion is what makes those notes gold.

She lays like stone.
She moves like running glass fast forwarded.
Her voice is thunder-
And her eyes are the winter.

She lays hands on you-
Only to heal.
She can mend you-
as easy as bending a wire coat hanger.

Her skeleton is like flint-
How it sparks against mine.
Her body is so fragile-
A word could hurt her.
and a stick or stone-
would certainly **** her.

And the wheels set into motion
*Somewhere, in an obscure world, she sat

Penning a story, lost in thought, fading away.

Waves breaking onto the shore
The silence nulled, ceasing to exist no more
The air scented with a salty mist,
Gradients, carrying a lost cry, into the night
Pushing past barriers, on and away.

On a park bench, lovers, sit and play
Dreamy eyes, and entwined soul
Lost in a promise that may never see the day
From the corner of the eye, a lonely girl
Pipe dreams and a broken heart,
Sits and watch as the game turns unfair.

Centuries old, woman on a rocking chair
Seen life, see no more, her eyes can't take the pain
Hands fall to the side, heavy breathing
Gasping for her last breath of air.

As the wheels turn, stories never ending...

Life- twists, turns and makes its way
Silent and beauteous, role plays changing,
**As the players take the centre stage.

Electrifying insides much deeper than skin
Rekindling the temple's flame that burns away perceived sin
& Shine in a new light while a new life begins

Into the pond I saw beyond
This span that exists currently
Left me then, besides dread, was the sense of urgency
Along with the notion of taking things so personally

Now's a good time for a lot more breathing
and a lot less worrying

Give me some zaps that will act as a lucid inducer
Insane synapse blasts across my tribal mind maps
Programming much faster than a supercomputer
Inside the Youniverse, past mask diffuser

Crafting within the infinite,
Based on each individual intention
Everything changes from each shift in perception

Let all the walls fall releasing the demons in the form of apprehension

You're beautiful the way you are, a floating eyedea of perfection~
Let's ride the wave, and soul-surf to glory
Splash on the canvas within each page of the story

Mistakes,
everyone makes,
but how much more
self criticism
do we take
before it breaks
us.

Love has an embargo against me.
Forsaken, forgotten, forlorn--
My heart breaks for the sound of a lover’s sigh;
For the solemn pounding of a treasured heartbeat next to mine.

I'll never find sublime perfection
In the face of another;
The arcane whispers and smiles
Shared by soulmates are barred from my purview.

The divinity of a caress escapes me,
The sacred secret of a kiss refused me.
Love denies itself to me.

I stand alone,
Waiting for seafoam to tickle my toes.
Waiting for a love that will never be known.

and it's five am,
and i should be getting
ready do to something,
anything,
but no,
i decide to
sit on the cold,
white bathroom floor,
with a lit cigarette,
and an empty bottle
of wiskey next
to me,
while in the bedroom,
my lover sleeps peacefully
on the squeaky, messy bed,
and patiently awaits
fot my arrival
back in bed,
which will never come.
i'm exausted of living.
