Can't think
If I think I'll think too much
Can't speak
I have nothing worthwhile to say.

Think before you speak
I've always taken that to heart
Be careful what you seek,
It may just tear you apart.
RHYMING
I'm sure we had names.
                              What was my name?

I'm sure we had homes.
But for us where was home?

The memories we had once hidden in our minds.
They've faded now in a slow torturous good bye

You'd think someone would remember
But we're hidden on a shelf

Our eyes are blank and souls are torn
All hope once cherished has died

We're the kids that time forgot
And no one even said goodbye

I know you.
Your colors are lovely

They shine like December's blue snowflakes
Frost liquefies in wake
Beautiful galaxy of pigments
Spiral.
Perfectly Chaotic
Icy black holes pull me
Neverland's star dims
A phone number poem exercise (Have no fear -- this isn't an actual phone number I know).
I Gave You All Of Me

Be careful who you love
my mother would say
love is a beautiful thing
choose wisely

don’t be fooled

loving you, umm
well, that was a mistake

i loved you unconditional
we had chemical
i was the student
and you was the teacher
mixing potions
to get in my ocean
you caste a spell
on me
your words sink right thru me
i was lost in your arms
i didn’t recognize
who i become

you had me right
where you wanted me
lost
cast away with your spell
locked in a dungeon well

Body and mind aren't in align
A disagreement,
An argument,
A quarrel over reality;
What actually is and what it's supposed to be.
Imagine a world where they'd be at peace,
Where mind and body weren't enemies
And it didn't snow in Spring.
But, these are just dreams I lay awake thinking about
At half past ten.
No idea if my punctuation is correct. Oops.

I never had the privilege to know you well enough,
I never had a chance to meet you in person,
But I know you well enough,
To know that you've changed the lives of millions.

It takes real talent,
To be able to touch and alter,
The deepest, darkest,
Corners of the human mind.

Yet,
It's something you did almost effortlessly,
You showed us the power of the pen,
And the paper.

You may have left us,
But you will never be forgotten,
This is a promise.
Applegate sounds like
Like a gateway to the Garden of Eden,
With fruits like apple it has been laden.
Like a nutritious surname fit for health,
That health which helps making wealth.
