is this not enough
trailing lips and hands
staggered pathways upon skin
mapping out lines
mapping out sin.

is this not enough
with palms that touch
and tender words in trust
how simple is longing
Oh how simple is lust.

is this not enough
to which passion unflamed
and what little cinders smoulder
is it not a heart that's claimed
is it not my burden to shoulder.

i wish it was enough.
**But it's not.
I want to be fulfilled

Sun not even threatening
To set on this
Spring
Evening, and through her
Window facing the
Backyard I only now realise
That the maple tree must
Have been
Blossoming for days.

I suppose I was too occupied
With nonsense to
Notice.
Let's go, she whispers.
Let's forget about holding
Back, being rational, being so
******* realistic. Leave with
Me and just love.

I might.

I might already
Have come.
They ask me why I drink so much
I tell them,

*"With this many cracks in a heart, there are a lot of spaces that need filling"
Crescent orb radiates its crystalline sight,
languid lips coalesce like a tessellation,
the vexing vines wilder the incandescent-
glimmer but the burning impression remains.
Celestial bodies affixes a soliloquy amongst-
a halcyon tongue that revelate a rhapsodic-
episode.

Quiescent ambience rings a plethora of-
sentiments stinging on the mellifluous
lullaby. The lithe wildflower murmurs-
the euphonious recital of a sonnet that-
is unacquainted to the mind.
Luminous assemblies of fireflies retire-
behind the myriad of evergreen forest
as the insouciance wildflower approach.

Precocious primrose locked from the
scorching sensation of a wildflower
exhibited a lassitude facade like a -
waning lantern fiery on its final residues.
In the distant a wildflower and in
the presence, an idyllic primrose:
so scarce and so strange.

Excited for the gifts
This planet kindly gives
The wonders of the world are generously rife
It really is a magical life
If we are wise, we'll open our hearts, eyes and minds

I long to see Japan's elegant cherry blossom land
Geisha girls, eerily still they stand
Cooling faces with fan in hand

Walk for hundreds of miles, along the river Nile
Meeting friendly souls with weathered faces
love as their principle basis

Whiteness the overcrowded Mumbai station
Then rush to see a tea plantation
Where on your way your heart longs to stay
Here, forever you could lay
There's a calling from the hills, the wildlife thrills
But why stay still
There's plenty more to feel

The vast African plains a plenty
Where it may appear, but it's far from empty
This is the magnificent Serengeti
Here I'm in my element
Let me enjoy admiring the elephant
A powerful earth rumbling migration
Sees a whole new destination

Tysfjord with its breathtaking views
Norway is an artists muse
A landscape so still and stunning
To be offered more is a second coming
When night arrives with it northern lights
You'll be mesmerised by the natural sight
You'll stay up all night long
As morning is blessed by orca's song

Rumi was a wise old soul
His words are timeless
His advice is free
I take his writings literally

"Why stay in prison when the door is so wide open" ~ Rumi

They say that an endings
is just a new beginning.
But what makes me crestfallen
is not because you bid me goodbye,
or the tendency that the winds of change
will blow our sails differently.
No, it's the dread feeling
that I'll start a new beginning without you,
after everything we've been through.
Conflicts explode into intolerable scenarios,
Inciting a need for any solution.

Each time justice goes unserved,
We tend to generate vengeance as a remedy.

Whenever life becomes too unbearable,
We can experiment with artificial happiness.

Struggles in the real world are brutal,
But we can’t fix harm by causing harm.

Battling confrontation requires reasoning,
Using logic to conquer unwanted circumstances.
