love is that pain you feel
when you are hurt
that joy you feel
when you see his face
that indescribable feeling
you get when he asks you
why do you love me?
but you can't tell him why
cause you never felt like this before
then you finally say....
"baby i just love you"

The more I learn, the less I know
The more I think about it, I just become more con-fused
But I don’t care
I will keep on going I will keep on trying

I feel like I'm split, I feel like my brain doesn’t know what to do anymore
Yet I'm determent to keep on going,
Even though I don’t know what direction I should go
I take a step right take two to the left and then one more to the right.
I guess I'm afraid to take a chance, to walk without looking back
I say it’s a lie I say it’s a choice but it’s just me being scared for my life
(this is some what of a poem but can be sang as well and in my opinion is better when sang)

I took a deep breath as you walked on by,
my emotions continued to collide like the street signs.
I'll get lost and find comfort in broken zones,
these echoes of lonely I'll call my home.
can't forgive a touch so cold & mean,
can't touch a soul of empty words,
I seek comfort in truth until I perish to dust.

it's been around ten months since:

1. our last moments of conversation.
2. the last time I'd wait, eager for love clarification.
3. one last glance at the love of my life.
4. I'm sorry I haven't gotten you out of my head.
5. you smelled like cigarettes & lust.
6. true love is something I can't forget.
7. nothing compares to your eyes.
8. I certainly wish you'd take me back.
9. hoping the memories rock your bed.
10. months since I left your heart, I cry.

Once upon a time,
There was me and you,
We were each other’s half –
A perfect match.

As I lay my head on your shoulder,
You wrap me in your arms;
Our hands entwined
Sharing sweet laughters.

All those moments we spent together
We decided to make it last;
My hope of our forever
Will be up high til' we turn to dust.

When you decided to love me so,
My heart was ever glad;
You and me just like that…
Inlove... Unified.
The last two stanzas of my poem should be this:

All those moments we spent together
Will just be part of our past;
My hope of our forever
Vanished like dust.

When you decided to let me go,
My heart was shattered;
You left me just like that…
Weeping... Broken.

But before I posted this, I sent this first to Mr. Hyacinth. Then, he created a new ending for my poem that's why this became a collab :) He wrote the other side of my poem.

Thanks for reading ;)

Wedding Day

From the day we first met,
I know you are the one -
My other half -
My one true love.

As years pass by,
Our love grew stronger;
Life challenged us
But together, we won!

We had been through everything -
Surpassed every trial,
Felt heartaches and pains;
But with our love, we endured.

You are my knight in shining armor,
My strength when I am weak,
My light that guided me out of the dark,
My everything, my love.

I know, I am not perfect,
Not even close to ideal,
I have a lot of flaws and imperfections
But you love me, still.

All these, I am thinking of
Whilst walking down the aisle;
Tears of joy clouded my eyes
Looking at you waiting there for me.

As we face the altar,
I can't help but feel blessed
Standing here before our Almighty Father -
He is the witness of the start of our forever.

I look straight into your eyes
As I say the words "I do" -
Two short simple words that came from my heart
That promises my whole life to you.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife" -
We are one now;
"You may now kiss the bride" -
Our love was sealed by a kiss.
A poem I have written after attending the wedding of my friend. Cheers for the newly weds. :)
