This disease struck me
Like a brick on pavement
Hard

Everything was
Perfect
Then that brick came along
And with the slightest movement
Destroyed everything

The voices say

Why can’t I let them go?
They keep repeating:

Why won’t they stop

I don’t understand

Someone just HELP me understand

This disease is about
Perfection
But it's the biggest
Imperfection about me

Moving fast
Through my day
I won’t slow down
Catch up to me.
I am a tornado
I am a flame
A hurricane
Of business.

Be at peace
This life was never
A race to the end.
I am a snow flake,
Drifting down
Take my time
Before I hit the ground.

The nurse said he
seemed confused today,
with a faraway look as
if trying to remember…

But I know the
look she speaks of,
he's in a constant state
of panic and despair,  

as if he’s just missed the
train and now he knows
there won’t be enough time
To catch the next one and still
make it to the liquor store
before it closes.

Valentine's day has gone,but forget to love we must not

Into daily squabbles n arguments, do not get caught

Love nature n mankind through out the year ,

Then to God, we will be very dear.
