I don't need
     your     namaste flower-
power    poetry         words
     that       barely break   the
skin               give me something
strong like gin     something with
a little                sin.

        I don't want your
fluffy words               I want something       seldom heard
    something I          can always use
something that'll        leave a bruise
           so bomb the page I'll
light                the                 fuse.

Please don't look at me
Your eyes shatter my shell
Your smile chills me to the bones

We drink to forget
But instead end up remembering

We were friends who got to familiar

Your warm breath on my neck
Hands on my hips
Heavy breathing
Hushed tones

Strangers we are again
Nice to meet you
I'm begging you to let me go

I miss you like the
Moon misses the stars during
The revolving day
I love writing Haikus, you can probably tell!

This is how I die
Not by poison, by blade, by bullet or by fault
No big exit, no trumpet, no serenade or fall
Just you, yourself, left ingrained in my veins
Your absence, your silence, is killing me again.

War in the air
Love in the soil
The patience of water
The seeds of hope
And an understanding sun
The gardener knows well that
Peace grows slowly
But is flowers smell wonderful
Fruits so tasty
Determination...
To feed the children with juicy fruits...

"Make the air fresh again!"
In a region full of wars and threats of more, politicians should revert to the practice of gardening...

My painter friend looked at me and laughed,
"I can't draw, I've told you that," I said.
"What a sad life to not be able to place your emotions on a canvas,"
he grinned.
"I don't paint but I write," I replied, "Want to know the difference?"
Intrigued he awaited for my answer,
"Your art is for the eye, but mine's for the heart."
