Half a hundred orphans
Orphaned by choice
By shame
"God's will"
"In his name"
"Abominations, every one"
"Abomination"
That's my son

Someone's daughter -
Late one night
Looking for a bite, no fight
Gunned down
In the name of god
For the love of God
No fight

Dead. On a club dance floor
One dead, two dead
Dozens more
Alive -
Orphans parents live
They give
They grieve
They cry

Changing minds
Changing clothes
Changing lives
Goodbye for real, not by choice this time
One man -
One gun
One night

No one could put up a fight.

Goodbye - Mom and Dad say
We didn't mean goodbye that *way

It's tight around my chest
Like a snake that won't stop to rest
Why is it that now I finally feel free?
The mirror can show the real me
I struggle to take in a breath
I wonder silently if this is death
I was always told not to use Ace
I heard a snap, my ribs displace
It's painful as all hell
I dont care as I say my last farewell
My death bed wrapped around my chest
If only I was born without these *******
Please don't use ace bandages to bind, it actually can break your ribs, puncture your lungs, and **** you.
I fell in love with the way she looks at me,
with wondering brown eyes,
always curious to know my thoughts and deepest emotions...
I fell in love with the way she kisses me...
not leaving one single spot untouched by her lips.
I fell in love with the way she grabs on to me,
tightly against her skin... wrapping my whole body around her arms
as if the tighter she holds me the more I am hers'
I fell in love with the way our hands touch for anything and everything;
while driving around in the car, while one of us is mad at each other or the world... or both, while we make love.... while we kiss... while we just  look at each other...
I fell in love with her skin... soft to the touch, but with a strong body  I feel each time as a I grab her closer to me.
I fell in love with her mind... surprising me each time, so much knowledge, full of creativity, with so much to give to the world.
I fell in love with her drive, with her willing to always do more, to be better, to reach for the stairs...
I fell in love with her dreaming heart... with her deepest thoughts, with her beautiful soul...
I fell in love with her.

I wear men's 9 shoes,
and black socks underneath
Batman boxer briefs during morning shifts
And cotton boxers when I sleep
Boot-cut jeans during the winter
and capri joggers during spring
Long sleeve, and short sleeve button ups
Are pretty much my thing.
My glasses are black, lenses thick.
My hair cut short, just recently dyed.
If I didn't have *******
You'd think I'm a guy.

my hands smell like nicotine
and I’m sorry that I’m not
one those girls
with a pretty mind and
flowers in their hair,
I’ve just got a cigarette between my fingers
and tears in my eyes.

Instead of people huffin’ and puffin’
Some suggest we do nothin’
Cos “stuff happens,” we need to toughen
And there’s no need for handcuffin’
It’s unfortunate that some folks die
But guns are as American as apple pie
Now some of you might wonder why
Though what I’ve said you can’t deny

It’s not guns it’s the mentally ill
That continues to maim and ****
For the fame or for the thrill
They get off on the blood they spill
If a love of guns is your predilection
And being armed gives you an *******
Cos you’re concerned with your protection
My reply is bullets fly in all directions
So this might call for some introspection

Critics say don’t politicize
They ignore words to the wise
Even though we’ve analyzed
The evidence before our eyes
And they ignore the hurt and sorrow
That could be theirs on any morrow
From history they refuse to borrow
Because their hearts are cold and hollow

Clearly congress has been lax when
They’ve been called to take action
Those who do are just a fraction
Of the whole which is a fact and
This problem will stay with us
Unless we change because we must
Do more than in God we trust
Common sense gun laws or bust

Chocolate, nothing taste better than rich creamy chocolate.  Such a delight, brown chocolate skin woman how sweet you must be.  Such a savory treat, brown chocolate skin woman.

Be in my bubble,
Let's listen to lousy music
And kiss
