My portal will take me around the world, Without me leaving my room as it should.
Twisting, turning, climbing fast.
To reach a future, present, past.
It's hard being the second choice,
if not third,
if not fourth.

It's not just something that I can easily get over with
It keeps repeating itself
And so does the thinking

It's not a light scratch to the heart,
It's a deep wound gushing out blood to no end
It's something you wouldn't even care about because that's not your priority,
It's not your first choice
We live in a world with so much hatred
When will true peace be won?
Why are we judged by our own skin?
Will love ever conquer the world over money?
I am afraid of the thoughts of others
I'm not lost in who I am because I know who I am
I'm lost in other people's view
Because somehow I feel like my views don't matter
But I'm wrong when I say I don't matter
Because my views matter,
Just as much as others

Blowing kisses,
Is inocent she said,
As she drew the eye liner a little thicker across her eye lids,

Biting your lip,
Is perfectly okay,
As her lips bleed red,
Shade 918,

Uncrossing your legs,
Is a little inviting,
As the stilletos gleamed against the dim lighting,
She said,

Tight clothes,
Make me wanted,
She said as her body bended down,
A hand came down ******* her ***,

Bra less see through shirts,
Add to the thrill,
Her ******* profound,

Lace lingerie,
Makes the boys drool,

I'm a burlesque babe!
Don't look shocked,
I was raised this way,
Change how you see and what you see will change.
A word to the wise from the wiser.
the line
   between
life and death

   split seconds

the bloodless face
does not respond
to questions
asked too late

in awe
we bow
to the rules of life

realizing
the limits

acknowledging
the truth of the ancients

about
how to cope
with dying

You tell her you love her
she says "I know I can see it in your eyes"
you look into hers and beneath the aqua blue
you can see she loves you too.

But she won't say it. She just turns her head and bites her lip.
She's not supposed to say it.
Willpower is something I strip off nonchalantly baring my naked soul
she zips hers up and holds it tight, she's not ready to be free

You share a visible yet impassable love
a beautiful gift kept tied in a bow, never for the world to open
Two stars floating in the universe meant to collide
yet always passing each other by
Chemically balanced, but time is never on your side

The sparks fly spitting out flames
but never catching fire
All that remains is a shorted circuit
because she never could be free.
