A fragile mind.
Your soul so kind.
You hold my hand.
As we walk through
rough sand.
being the star
that is always shining.
Helping me through
my darkest day.
caressing my soul
on mysterious way.
You always know
how I feel.
Even when my
heart bleeds.
Your love will
slowly heal.
A slightest touch
of your hand.
A whisper in my ear.
Leaving footprints
in the sand.

A teardrop of loneliness.
Those eyes staring
in front of us.
A feeling of missing love.
You try to stay strong
as you look above.
Nobody can hear
or see your pain.
We hide our feelings
while dancing in the rain.
We put on a smile.
And still wondering why.
When are the grey
clouds passing by.
Revealing a clear blue sky.

You are so beautiful.
Like no one else
in this world so orginal.
Your face in this space.
So much love to embrace.
Your thoughts in your mind.
Are exclusive and one of a kind.
The love you feel inside.
Makes rain and sun collide.
See colors full of light.
All your inperfections.
Could be some
one else's attraction.

Just sitting.
Just writing.
Saturday translating.
Comfortly feeling.
Relaxing this evening.
A feeling so captivating.
My mind is liberating.
Thoughts full imagination.
They are the reflection
of seduction.
When memories
feels so alive and
intensively.
Like dreaming in space
so heavenly.
The beauty of words
reveal our vulnerability.
Escape to infinity.
Joyce Feb 2016
You inspire all people
with words using
so touchable.
They dance and sway
into the crowd.
They penetrate your pores.
Moisturize your skin.
Feeling so alive
deep within.
Touch your heart.
A beautiful sin.
Like an old soul.
With a poetic spirit.
Love his poem.
"The self portrait"
Thank you for touching our lives with your beautiful poems.

the sun will
kiss the earth
each day
and soon
these dashing lines
of youth
hard charcoal, pen and ink
dancing, arousing
the parchment
shall also fade
portraits ought to
be lived
not
preserved
This began as an exercise in Architecture Design class. We each had to do a self portrait and design a space for ourselves for the rest of our life! One space! Very introspective n mind altering exercise!
