You cry when in pain
regret when in vain
You fear the so called uncertainty
and you rant over the missed opportunity.
You try hard to survive
to keep yourself alive.
You make thousand of mistakes
leaving your heart on a heartbreak.
You trust someone easily
and love wholeheartedly
But what you get in return
is violent name of rejection.

But those feelings should be temporary
Just like how we believe
that heavy rain will soon end.

It's okay to feel hurt
and feel the pain
It's okay if you failed
and get angry when upset
It's okay to weep sometimes
and to risk your heart to love.
Yes, you fear for uncertainty
but you are brave enough to face the reality.
You see every failure
as a disguised opportunity.
You learned from your mistakes
and move on with your life.

Because those feelings are natural
and are equally compensated
By the happiness and joy
and the love we received from others
And those emotions are meant to be felt
because that's what make us a human.

My life is like a night sky
starless and all black
the scene before you came
it was a boring flashback.

Then came you as an explosion
followed by a beautiful show
I was captivated by your colors
Much as I was amazed by the rainbow.

I am that starless night sky
You're the fireworks I couldn't deny
You've made me colorful for a moment
and made my life different.

But just like a firework show
that has come to its end
Your colorful love has faded
the sky is black again
leaving me lonely and broken.
Inspired by last night’s opening of 9th international pyromusical competition.

Friend have I said already?
You have an IQ above the majority
You looked so brilliant and genius to me
A perfect example of brain and beauty.

You're as good as my favorite coffee
Your voice is like a song of good melody
You keep on telling me sweet remarks
What you truly mean, it's a question mark

I honestly admit I am the fool one here
But you did those things, don't put me on blame
I loved the way you say my name
How I wish I could say and claim your surname.

Look at me my favorite boy,
And say what I've been wanting to know,
Be honest, don't look the other way
And confess that you feel the same way.

My heart keeps telling me that it could be real
but I don't want to raise my expectations
Stop the confusion and drop the complications
Please calculate the possibility since you're good at calculations.

Here I am slowly walking
Down the road I have taken
Have passed through the two roads
Diverge in a yellow wood
The choice has been made
I chose to take this road.
But I was defeated
my mind is a traitor
The thoughts of “could have been”
Have started to win me over
“It would have been better
if I have chosen the other.”
I feel so hopeless and helpless
sadness, regrets and pain
I don’t know when
I’ll be able to reach the end.
I looked to the direction
Of where I came from
I closed my eyes and saw again
reasons why I’ve traveled this far
I started to feel again
The same feelings i have
When I’ve taken my first step
It was a desperate feelings
Of excitement, untainted and pure.
And then I remembered a poem
That says to not regret
and make a big difference
With the choices we made.
So I have managed to continue this journey
with no turning back,
Looking forward to the end
Regardless of what’s waiting
Despite it being unknown
I have to make this choice
A successful decision.
I was in the middle of war with my own mind before I wrote this. Thoughts of "what if" are slowly eating me inside. My career is going downhill lately and things are not going according to my plans.

And then I saw Robert Frost's the road not taken and it cheered me up and inspired me to keep going.
It helped me not to regret my choice. It boost my confidence that my chosen path is the right one for me. :)

I was once afraid
By doing all i want
By showing my emotions
And expressing my feelings.
I was a weak woman
That has a fragile heart
I was afraid to feel the hurt
From the ****** knife of rejection
But then one day
I became tired
Of being scared
While doing nothing.
I discovered something
Inside of me
I heard the voice
From my better version.
I decided to change
my mind and heart
I chose happiness
Than a life of regrets
I buried my old self
And my own pain
I finally found the love
That is brighter than my fears.

You have red, blue, and white pills on your hand
Drink it up and make it stop
All the pains in your heart.
But, you are better than that.
Better than the people who called your body.
Better than the people who called you ugly.
Cause you are wanted.

You have knife on your hand,
Ready to cut your wrists
Bleed out all those aches and worries.
But, you are better than that.
Better than your problems.
Better than your miseries.
Cause you are important.

You have rope on your hand,
Lace it around your neck
Drown your mind, drown your demons.
But, you are better than that.
Better than your ugly thoughts.
Better than the voices in your head.
Cause you are not alone.

And you did the best for staying alive.

People woke up
to the sound of a clock,
the sun rises
another humdrum routine.
Many things can happen
to your 24 hours a day,
Loads of worries
life is a struggle.
It may seem hard
for you to handle,
don't worry my dear
you'll understand it clear.
Look above and see,
our beautiful reality.
the shades of a sunset
Let your sadness disappear.
a gentle reminder
tomorrow will still come
a chance to be to blithesome,
and to chase your dreams.
