So many hearts breaking
So many souls shaking
So many people lost
Lost and looking for a home

So many tears they're crying
So many wish they were dying
So many being crushed
Crushed by the weight of the world

My heart aches for their losses
I cry out for the crosses
Scraped across their arms
Arms that were never meant to bleed

I wish I could reach them all
I wish I could hold them all
All the daughters who think they are worthless
All the sons who think they cant make it

My hands are not big enough
My heart is not wide enough
I know One who is..
But how can I make them see?
I was reading through my HP feed, and I saw all these young people, young girls, that were so broken so alone and they just wanted to be loved but didn't think they were worth that much.. And it broke my heart. I just wanted to hug them and tell them repeated that they are loved more than they know and they are worthy of love. You are loved so much that the Father sent his son to die for you so you could live, amd the son went willingly because YOU are worth dying for. I know this kinda seems like a preach....but if you could take one thing from this...just know that you're loved and are worthy of love. Yeah...Ima go now..

Dead lover
My lust, my thirst,
Day by day happen to increase,
But the truth is it darling,
That my life till date has been cease (d)
dans une ville de ténèbres
peut-il y avoir de mille feux
de susciter l'espoir ne pas peur

in a city of darkness
may there be a thousand lights
to spark hope not fear
Written: November 2015.
Explanation: A rough, alternate version of a haiku (7-7-5) in English, then translated into French (may not be 100% accurate). This comes after the terrorist attacks in the city of Paris on 13th November.
Do you ever feel alone?
Not just alone, but
...alone.

Everything is kind of empty,
and you can't quite feel whole.
Sure, there are people around,
but you don't really feel there,
or maybe it's they who aren't there.

It's not just alone,
it's *lonely.
I can't quite put what I'm feeling into words.

Sleepless

The weird purr of my air conditioner,
The feel of my comforter.
My pillow is folded for it is flat from many sleepy nights,
The sound and mood is just right.
Yet here I am,
A fool at 1 or 2 o'clock AM.
Helpless,
Sleepless.
I want the blissful sleep to take me,
Overcome me.
I can't, however,
Even as this wish keeps going forever.
When will I sleep instead?
What happened to the comforts of my bed?
However another night will pass,
I still awake like a *******.
Oh sleep,
Why don't you love me?
No matter how many times I'll complain,
I fear that I'll never sleep like I ever did again.
Can't sleep, this has been happening lately, I don't know why. Some nights I don't go to sleep until 6:00 or 7:00 in the morning.... Any tips or help on my sleeping issues?

I will wait for the one who feels like baking sugar cookies
For the one that smells like climbing trees
For the one that looks like a morning after sleeping in a hotel
For the one that sounds like smiling before a roller coaster takes off
For the one that tastes like swimming way after the sun has gone down
I will wait.
And suddenly I do not feel the need to speak again
To take you to my room tonight and try to play pretend
The only conversation that remains is silence now
So let it be in stillness that our bodies take a bow
I've wandered through this skin so long and finally returned
To some place I'd forgotten but completely reaffirmed
I'd like to settle in and watch the windows open wide
To listen to the wind as it renters my whole mind
It's something like a song a weathered spirit taught me young
I'll sing it with my spirit and the notes will carry on
open
When things go wrong as they some times will
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill
When the funds are low and the debts are high
And you want to smile but you have to sigh
When care is pressing you down a bit
Rest if you must but dont quit

Life is queer with its twists and turns
As everyone of us sometimes learns
And many a fellow turns about
When he might have won had he stuck out
Dont give up though the pace seems slow
You may succeed with another blow

Often the goal is nearer than
It seems to a faint and faltering man
Often the struggler has given up
When he might have captured the victors cup
And he learned to late when the night came down
Oh how close he was to the golden crown

Success is failure turned inside out
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt
And you never can tell how close you are
It may be near when it seems afar
Hence stick to the fight when your hardest hit

For its when things seem worst that you must never
