Poetic T
Love is explosive
I get shrapnel from a kiss
Embedded in my Heart
Felling's
Pain
Love
Will this explosion
Consume me in in
Love,
Or
Breathe
Hate,
So close they could be
One
The shockwave engulfs
Each breath,
Every beat has
Shrapnel in it
Will it pass though
Exhaled in breath
Or will those
Jagged
Sharp
Pieces
Shred this heart in pain
Or will it consume it in *love..

The Messiah Complex
I often feel alone
even though I 'm reminded
that I have family
that loves me

but sometimes

Family is just a mirror that
chooses to reflect every bad decision
you've ever made in your life
while hiding behind the glass

Sometimes, conversations are held
on one way streets, where sin only comes
in black and white, and the ones that love you
hold gavels between clenched fists

Sometimes, love looks like scorn
and hugs feel a lot like straight jackets that
leave bruises in the shape of hearts
and I-told-you-sos

So I'm alone, and a sinner
*tell me something I didn't already know.

Poetic T
They were but play things
A saviour pulling strings
A bet among two gents,
One
Tie
Red
Intently with a smile
One
Bowtie
White
Whispering under a breath
Entice
One
Entice
Both
The crow
The snake
Both known what is
At stake
On shoulders perched
Tails of
Peace,
Happiness,
Eternal,
Life in the garden
Where both were creations of life,
But the
Snake
Slippery than the rest
Hypnotic tongue
Talks of pleasures
Not yet seen
Of things yet to pass,
For eve was
Hypnotized
By false words
And she reached for the tree
What the snake had
Whispered
She had taken the bait
Her arms reached up high
For what is the weakness of
Woman,
That could not corrupt
Man,
Shoes as red as blood
Fit for an
Angel
Now corrupted by sin
For the shoes fit perfectly
And then one
Saviour
Grinded
And his tie ignited in flame
He laughed
The garden of heaven
And the bow tie turned
Grey
He did shed tears
That were to be the
Oceans to give life
To the new place of free will,
They longed for home,
The garden never
Hot
Never,
Cold
But sin won that day,
And the red shoes still entices
The ladies of sin today..
It is in the best interest
of the systems that be
that people don't think.
Paraphrased this ****** quote:
"It is in the best interest of the government that the people don't think."
Inspector Fox felt emotionally blackmailed
his eyes blurred the first time in his life
the man cried pitifully to have the suspicion dispelled
there was motive for him to have killed his wife.

I picked her up almost from the street
you can call it love at first sight
whose fragrance in heart I always carried
showed me the way her love’s light.

If you ask if she was always faithful to me
she was and not a moment she left my side
laid herself bare and so happy were we
years passed like an endless joy ride.

Never ever, never once, I have to say
she set her eyes on any other man
happy as she was in my love all the way
as I was in my loveliest woman.

She loved not me but only my money
so would the tongues roll in mischief
how they envied that I was so lucky
our devotion to each other was beyond belief.

Behind me she slept with other men
I had to bear with many such gossip
two love doves we were crazily insane
our love was true and fathomless deep.

It hurt me Mr. Fox and I couldn’t take it anymore
those ******* spreading canards about her
so I started to love her more than before
and now must have killed her some jilted lover.

The inspector noted each word in his book
thanked him and got up to go
to give the note a good look
at home in his table lamp’s glow.

He read it once and then again and again
each line in isolation and with the rest
till he pieced together only the first lines
arrived at the confession cleverly crafted!

that trendy ******(e) addiction
becomes you- and your fiction

goes well with the pale
-skinned thin western booted
blue-eyed shooter
riding sidesaddle
on your scooter

does she kiss like me
and bring you coffee?

i could lay you both down
in the in-betweens
and make heaven-

til hell is heavy as a monday
track day in albuquerque
while she sells your jewelry
in sante fe where it's trendy

-i'll be waiting
on the blue mesa.

*Do you know the meaning of smile sir?
Why does sometimes dew seem as pearl?

As I invented the meaning of
a single smile of yours

It grew love
I became love sick
and you turned the poetry
of the beloved poet

The peacock was dancing
and the rain was raining
over thirsty barren field
born my son of the sun

My first sunflower of ode
Bloomed in the fairyland
rest ninety nine smiles are
Awaiting to open their petals

Ah, my love, ah my spring-
Still, you are untouched
as the sky in mystery of my mind

Now, I turn to discover the daily life
like the Columbus
in too many ways

You
Your words
Speak to me
Early morning longings
Soft distant sounds
Far away affections
Lunch hour lingerings
Skyline whispers
Subway quivers
Caressing thoughts
Touching senses
Embracing emotions
Erasing fears
Coaxing smiles
Late night sighs
Speak to me
Your words
*You

K Balachandran
He created a night for him
with the dark metaphors
his poetry tossed on to the air;
from its ember buried under ashes
oozed little by little,
two drops of scared light.

Alone, in the cocoon of the memory
of her words, he distilled and drained
the magic potion of poetic expression.

In it was ingested, the intensity
of sudden lightening
that burns down everything
in to ashes

like the tides that occur high and low
what if ,at will, single source secretes
both poison and nectar?

with your eyes mutely speaking of desire
you are deft in signalling both---
the ascent of love, that creates in me
the instant capillary rise of passion
and
love's descend, as if the monsoon has dissipated
and just a sprinkling announcing rejection!

who are you, reveal your true face
poetic trance at the moment of my inspiration
or dark poetry, gushing out on it's own
from a secret spring, deeply hidden?

Oh ancient dune
What have thou seen

Through raging storm
In lover’s dream
Of sunny days
Restless nights
Tempest waves
Wayward flights
Winter’s blast
Snow and sleet
Summer’s sun
Soaring heat
Changing tides
Eroding beach

What have you learned
What could you teach

So patiently
Your stand it finds
Without a sound
The passing time
Grasses tall
Sands of white
Shadows reach
Holding tight
Perfect shape
Magic stance
Visionary
True romance
Quietly
So serene

Oh ancient dune
*What have thou seen

Spilling Ink
Branded as a silent theme
when all but the last call out
in unrecognized voices
of all black piano keys
chanting in circles
humming spheres of latent thought
bringing in the melodies
of a fractured symphony
out of tune with society
singing praises of the unknown
in 3-part harmony
when two can’t sing
and the third is me
sitting quietly
in my poetic corner
spilling ink
on the scars
of my now
hidden in plain sight
past

You've rattled my cage
You'd better get out of the way
You've woken up the beast in me.

Sleeping soundly
for so many years,
the vultures
sat by
its side
figuring after that last breath
no other is going to be sighed.

I had paid the mason
made promises to the poet
they were working on its headstone
writing out its epitaph
all in very serious tones.

But
your vacuum eyes saw too close
your breath crept on to mine
your words spun fantasies
your hands shook me awake.

The beast's eyes popped open
this is where *** and love
love and ***
become confused
because
the beast
can't say
and
he can't see
and
doesn't remember what was written
on his epitaph.

"Don't feed or tease
or rattle the cage
better to let him sleep
that way,
that way
everything,
everything
will remain the same. "
