There is no right and wrong ever.  
Once we realise a truth
it can never be unrealised.
It is.
Colouring it in shades of
right and wrong
doesn’t enhance or diminish it.
In an open mind the truth dawns.
To know something as it is,
may be the realisation
that saints talk about.
Where the difference between
the knower and known ends.
That brief moment of realisation
is all that it is.
When the dissection begins
words are inadequate and inaccurate. However you can never
“unknow” once you know.

We have all experienced
The harshness of life
At such a tender age

It’s unfair as
It is preparation

We will grow up to be
Amazing and powerful spirits

Strong, feisty
And
Beautiful souls.

Is everything the way you thought before?
Has nothing changed,
The lessons learnt
Forgotten the very next day?
Is perspective still the same way
The memory is disappearing
Life is moving on
Time won't slow down
Am i still the old me,
I dont feel changed at all.

You can lock yourself away,
Pretend that everything is fine
Bury your head in the sand
While a acting as of nothing
Really matters anymore
I have been down the same road
I have learn from experience
That hiding does nothing
The problem still testers and grows
The depression get worse by the day
You can run if you like but just know
This you will be running forever
Push everyone away if you want
I will always be the villain in your
Story but just know that hiding
Achieves nothing
There's no shame in saying I
Need help.

Within the confines
of areas quarantined
people hold discussions,
hued with apprehension

murmurs
about new songs,
play in the air
they're actually old songs
given new lyrics  
same life..reorganized
new ways...introduced,
to be etched
into our minds,
our systems
for how long?
it isn't yet, known...


stubborn minds say
abrupt!...harsh!
unbelievable! yet,
we will soon be
transformed...
new themes, new
styles, new clothes
different styles...

topics on chats
reverberate
in peoples' minds
they have been pulsed
and repulsed
will they soon be enforced???
true???...or false?

to flow, or not to flow
with the new waters
poured into our pools?

the choice is obvious

some old habits
have to die

if this "The New Normal"
could ensure our safety
and lengthen our lives,
.............why not?
