Of all the random movement
In the world
It seems no one has time
To notice your struggles
Anymore than one is saddened
By a broken sidewalk
Or demolished daisy
And now I know
How far from here
I have to go
The thought of you
Causes me to tremble
Put in simplest terms -
So much for fine words
No one can live up to them
Let me wake from this
Dream of life
And fly finally past the darkness
That reaches out for the darkness

I'm not real anymore.
I touch my drawn face,
these fingers scouring
my cheeks
down to touch
my parted lips
and I remember.
I remember the last time
you touched me so,
and I felt alive,
so ****** alive.

Some things,
those acts we did
in rapture
will stay with me
forever.

Someday
they will
lie down with me
quietly
in the grave.

And though
you are gone now
my love,
rest assured
my lips are sealed
to the bitter end.

     Seems much smaller than I had imagined.
     It only stretches as far as my eyes could
     see.
     It reeks of the past, with no hints of the
     future.
     The present is here, the present is me.

My world tonight...
     Sees me nestled,
     watching silent but with mind
     dishevelled...
     Unnoticed on this kerb...
     Unnamed and unlabelled.

My world tonight...
     Is filled with familiar strangers,
     ushering their lives along.
     I know their faces but not their names.
     I'd call this home but I don't belong.

My world tonight...
     Is spinning regardless...
     It stays on track.
     Never waits for me.
     Never looks back.

My world tonight...
     Has no intention to soothe my thoughts.
     It is baring its bite...
     It's leaving me far behind...
     But I'll catch up at the break of light.

Then I have grown tired
Moved to fast
Could not catch you up
Moved with time

Sometimes too faster
Even faster than the time
Tired to do more
Couldn't Catch you up

Have known the try
Have understood the time
But yet haven't recognized you
Sang your Song
Realized
Got Robots
Even Got nuclear bombs
But couldn't understand you

Already Seek
Invented too many fundamental
Theories
Wondered
Wrote thousands of poems
Philosophies

Even moved through
Space to Space
Restless
Light to Dark
As the Bohemian

Couldn't  touch your heart
Couldn't reach at your home
Even try to move beyond
Still you have remained elusive

new light comes early -
low and uncertain
- cold and unsurely

slowly

winter is waning -
fading her darkness
away

- begins a new day.
