life is far better
in not having an answer
and reaching
a dead end.
Human bodies house infinite minds
within which enormous power lies
energy un-utilized -
Asleep.
We're all
asleep
like

dormant mourners of our souls,
settling into separate holes
dividing earth with flags on poles
but
we
own
none of this.

ALL
All I have
Is
Everything
I have ever and will ever
Need.
Want not
For want is
As useful as plastic
For sealing in freshness of fruits
You were about to enjoy
Anyway.
Eat up,
Drink slow,
There is more to learn than know
And I
Am so grateful
To be a cell
In this
Whole.
"Black Elk, the Sacred Ways of a Lakota"
49th page, 6th line, 5th word: "all."

My first challenge ~
Slip through the window
Undo the screen
Car parked outside
My friends are waiting
******* on cars
Midnight rise
Deep breaths
To heal
And feel
Again
Your voice slowed
And slurred with sleep
You never come
So I listen alone
Precise in impunity
But weak in stature
And I hope
That only once
Your need
Would have a cause
So great as this
Fall away into sweeter dreams, where tears are but the morning dew escaping the sun.

Sleep in fields of abundant ecsasty, where cupids need no arrows as love
is melody.

Dream of memories mirroring     mesmorising scenes. Where plants      dance to the rhythm of the wind.
Elation being the theme.
Inspired by Wolf spirit.

Wanders streets

( she does )

Thru ****** pain

///////

There is a reason to be strong

Know it and be free

////

My love

////

You once knew her !

( She )

You once knew her

It's over

( the world )

She wanders homeless thru empty hearts

You once knew her

You once loved her but she's gone

Cause your love died

And so she's gone
champagne gleams in starlight
encapsulating souls of the ocean
weave through the coral maze
shades of the setting sun
shoot across the sky
golden eyes engulf a mind so alive

Another poem about my trip to Puerto Lindo, Panama, last summer. My grandmother-in-law loves my poetry, so she requested that I write something about the trip and read it to everyone on our final day there, and this is what I came up with.
