So, I wouldn't say I'm unintelligent,
Then again, I wouldn't say I'm the cleverest.
But one thing's for sure, I made a good choice.

Maybe, just maybe, mathematics isn't my strong point,
Nor science for that matter.
But I know I made a good decision.

Often I wonder why I write, and why it pleases me,
I realise it's because of you.
You were one of the best reasons I came up with.

You're a great friend,
A truly wonderful person.
And you inspire me to write and write better.

I feel safe in knowing that you won't give up on me,
Where so many others have.
I know you make my life more than it ever was before.
I know I am grateful for knowing you.

Love
I guess I won that stupid fight of "I love you more."

sitting serenely under summer stars
while your fast asleep in bed
no one there to share the thoughts
that are racing through my head
all the things that make a life
are things that we no longer share
when I try to voice my passion
not sure if you even care
all the things inside my heart
I doubt you’ll ever know them
in fact I’m pretty sure
you’ll never even read this poem
No one ever gives me flowers,
but I was given a rose,
I hung it upside down
and let it dry
and turn crisp.
My room is now empty save for the rose.
I untie it from the ceiling and carry it outside.
The blood red rose is now black
and trembles to pieces at my touch.
I snap it
and let it crumble
into a stream
and let the water
wash it
away.
I'm moving today.
I'm no good
I don't deserve you
because I would wish for the person you like
to have someone else,
Just so you
could finally notice me.

Falling from the sky
above. Screaming out
in pain. Wings grew on
his way down to the
ground. Causing his
back and bones to
ache. Screaming in
the dark asking God
to show him a spark
or any kind of mark.
Not aware of how his
wings looked like. Or if
they were in shades of
black or grey. They held
powers to create storms
at the end of the day.
They held powers to
break the silence in
undiscovered forests
and in caves near the
oceans furious waves.
Falling down from the
sky he thought his life
has came to an end.
Falling down from the
sky carrying thoughts
of why. He wasn't aware
that he was given a gift
from the angels above.
He thought he was
****** and forever
cursed.

He met a girl down on
his way. She looked pretty
and free. Flapping her wings
with such beauty. With marks
on her skin and stars in her
eyes. He asked her how will
they survive. In undiscovered
lands and in darkness. She
replied by holding hands. The
only way for us is stick together through midnight and dusk.
Before the sunshine covers
these lands with its golden
rays. We have to find a hiding
spot to stay and pray. When it's
dark we can come out and play.
We'll have each other all day.
Would you mind if i place a soft
kiss on your lips ? They say love
heals all kinds of wounds. Would
you mind if i place a kiss on
those marks found on your
skin ? I promise they'll feel
better by noon. Don't you frown
now boy. We were given a gift
from God. Wings to carry us
wherever we want. And each
other to hug and kiss when
times get hard* ~

Today was a good day,
Not a single tear was shed.

Today was a good day,
That's why I'm wishing I were dead.

The desolate sea beckoning me,
Depression, a mere inevitability.

Dare not lie to me,
My death will be chosen, setting me free.

I rue the day I attempted while crying.
Is it not superior to leave the world smiling?

Today was a good day,
I best get to flying away-

Before my monsters return,
abolishing yet another day...

Death being an opportunity,
Again poached away.
MY FIRST POEM ON THIS SITE, HEART IF YOU LIKE IT
Despite the darkness, I have had a relatively relaxing day
