Croiyon Dec 2017
The world is full of broken people
They wear masks that stay on
Permanently glued to their faces
They crack and wear
Showing the true monster under
This true beast is to be feared
For it is the dark side of man
It rips the mask off
And shows the true colors of man
Every person has this beast
And every beast wants out
My view of the world
Croiyon Dec 2017
Into the water, I go
Bone-chilling and empty
Deep and dark showing no end
Here I float alone
Forever alone
the light of the surface dies before it reaches to me
In this water, I freeze
and here I stay
A nightmare of mine
Croiyon Dec 2017
I am passed by
Looked through
Ignored
I am invisible
I am a ghost in this world
My wish is to be seen
To have someone notice me
To not be alone in this world
But alas I am unseen
and will be until the end of my days
How I feel in the world

Here I stand
Upon the precipice of something
In a dream I see it
the cold and unending
the void
gray and bleak
A voice tells me
No man should be here
That there are no stars
For there is no sky
I find solace in this place
There is no life
No death
only being
as time has no meaning here
I close my eyes
and the silence envelopes me
Like when snow blankets the ground
And muffles the sound of life
Here I'll stay
Till I fade away
A little something for the morning

I pray for release
For blackened wings to carry me away
Envelope me and make me fade
So the pain will stop
So I can rest
The sun is getting low
Shining its final beautiful rays
Orange, purple, yellow, and red
Day gives way to the night
Blue to orange
and orange to black
And as I fade
The black envelopes me
And takes me away from this world
Something straight from my heart to you.

Her
Her love is intense
Like a raging inferno
Her whispers leave smoke in my mind
I am hers, entangled in a web
She is perfect
Everything I could want
It's too late
For I realize
I am caught in the Jurogumo's web
to be feasted upon
A challenge I do when writing, sometimes I implement three specific words, today these words were intense, smoke, and woman.

I bloom like a mallow in the morning

I bloom dripping blood like dew

I bloom in the dark of the night

I bloom catching prey like a trap

I bloom waiting for the next

I bloom salivating for more

I bloom with gnashing teeth

I bloom waiting and waiting

I bloom with a grin

I bloom when prey comes near
The first poem I've written and still one of my favorites.
